Fairway Custom Golf of Terre Haute

I was looking to get my clubs regripped and I could not wait until I returned to Las Vegas. I discovered that my only option (outside of a country club setting) to do this was at Fairway Custom Golf. My dad (who lives here in Terre Haute) indicted that although he had not been over here in years, he thought the owner was a nice guy, so I went.
It is a little store at the corner of 25^th and Hulman, but I was a bit shocked by all that they carried. Clubs, bags, shoes, putters, towels, ball markers… they have a little bit of everything. Not a ton of clothes and not a ton of shoes, but it kind of sounds like they could order anything you needed if you had time to wait. They do have a vast array of regrip choices for clubs and putters… they must do a lot of this.
Don and Vern who helped me when I dropped my clubs off were friendly and knowledgable about grips. It took them less than an hour to regrip 12 clubs and I am very happy with the work and the end result. I went with the
Golf Pride brand, which feels pretty nice. Regrip prices vary from maybe $ 5-​$ 12 (including labor), just depends on brand.
I also bought a glove and an IU golf towel.
With golf reigning supreme in Las Vegas and golf stores virtually every few blocks, I was not sure what I was getting by doing this in Terre Haute. But I am glad I stopped in, for they did a great job and were grateful for my business. It’s not a big box store for golf, but in Terre Haute it is a viable option for golf regripping and other basic golf needs.
