Eyecare Express

Alright so they had a deal going on for two pairs of glasses + an eye exam for $ 59. I went in and everything was fine. Sure the optometrist got a bit to close to my face (his hand was touching it) but hes old so oh well. Typically they take one day to get your glasses to you but their machine was broken so they had to send them out. Totally fine. After about five days I called to see when they thought they would be ready for me to come get them and they put me on hold. Ten minuets later a different woman came on the phone and asked what I needed. I waited another twenty minutes and they never returned to the phone. So being the passive aggressive person I can be, I called everyday until I was told when I would get them. In store they are great but don’t even try to call these people. Probably not going back again.

We have been going here for several years and until today have always had great experiences. The girls up front are wonderful. Unfortunately they lost their main optometrist. Their new one is horrible. He was very rude and condescending to our son. We went in for his first fitting of contacts and due to the doctor we ended up leaveing with only a very disappointed child. When I called in to make the appointment I explained that our son was almost 10 and he would like to try contact. I was told that it would be no problem and the appointment was scheduled. When we arrived the new optometrist refused the appointment and proceed to be very condescending to our son. It is very disappointing to see a business suffer from one individual, but unfortunately he is the one individual you must deal with to get your prescription. We are sad to take our business elsewhere, but until they can find an optometrist that has the proper demeanor with children, we won’t be back.
