Took a washing machine part in to Ace Washer to see if they had a replacement. Not only did they not have it but I was told they did not even know what the part was. If you work on and repair washers, how do you not know what a part that goes to a washing machine is? I got NO help from them and had to buy a new washer from another store.

Very fast, efficient service. Company and worker were good at communicating time of arrival. Worker did excellent job troubleshooting and fixing problem quickly. Great job and would highly recommend Ace!
