I have 60 sheets of paper black and white and they made two cuts it cost me $ 60 they said they had to charge me a graphic charge for the receptionist to open up the file and then for the person sending it to the printer to open up the file. Really? I’m a local business and I order from them all the time you would think that I wouldn’t get charged this nonsense graphic fee. I do believe is a new place that just opened up down the road I’ll be heading over there.
