they do an amazing job but if you pay extra to get interior done, just bring a book with you. there’s no sense of urgency. it seems to me on the weekends when they’re busier, their sense of urgency shoots right up as they get cars in and out within 5 minutes

I’ve never had someone actually knock on my window and ask for a tip as they did today. I always tip the guys at the end since it’s the right thing to do but having someone knock on my window asking for the tip is very unprofessional.

Had my car washed here today for $ 9 for the «Works». One of the guys that did the pre-​scrub bangs my car around the tires with the broom scrubber 2 – 3 times like he doesn’t care and afterwards I notice a couple of fresh dings above my my tire well. Not happy.
