I usually just buy flowers for my mom from 1 – 800 flowers but I thought I would do something different this time and order from our local store. At first they were very accommodating, moving my deliver day when I said my mom would not be home the day I had scheduled. Then the day they were supposed to deliver they didn’t deliver until almost 7pm when they said it would be delivered during the day, causing my mom to wait around for a mystery package for most of her day. Then when they did finally deliver they went to the wrong house, I had to call several times to make sure they called my mother and the delivery man was very rude to her over the phone, implying that it was her fault that he went to the wrong house. This spoiled what was supposed to be a nice surprise for my mom. It was terrible customer service, I will not be using this florist again.
