Subway

The young lady with the short hair is very rude. Has no customer service skills. When i called to make a complaint to the manager she answered. Told me that she wasnt worry the manager would believe her over anything i said. Well you lost a regular customer.

Finding a good Subway is like trying to win the lottery, it doesn’t happy all the time. When you’re hungry at lunch time and think this location will satisfy your hunger in a pinch, think again. This place is tiny. Avoid rush hours. There’s no parking because it shares a tiny parking lot with State Farm insurance. The customer service here has always been sub par. The sandwiches are thrown together all mediocre like play time with a toddler. The staff isn’t friendly and they don’t greet you. They don’t address you as sir or ma’am, or even at all at times. I unwrapped my sandwich and noticed almost all the ingredients falling out. Be very descriptive or they will forgot your order less than a second after you say it. This place should be avoided unless there’s nothing on the planet you choose to eat in Temple. Buyer beware.
