Re Marble & Granite

Don’t be fooled by their fancy website — there is nothing professional about this company. If you’re a homeowner or have a small project, stay away from this company — they’re rude, incompetent and wasted my time! I put a deposit down for a granite counter top. It took weeks to schedule a date for them to come and measure even though I’m less than a mile from them, and on the day they were supposed to be here, they never showed up. Said that the time was rescheduled but they just didn’t tell me so I wasted ½ day waiting for them. We rescheduled for the next day — they said that they’d be there by 7:30 am so I opened our gate at 7:25. No show. Ends up the guy was at the gate at 7:15 — didn’t honk, nothing — and left. And when I talked with him, he started yelling at me yelling me «You should have done your part!» — more than once. Ends up he’s married to the ‘scheduler.’

I know nothing about their granite services, but their truck was driving erratically, tailgating, and passing illegally on Rte. 25 in Tamworth, NH, Monday 7÷7÷2014 at 8:30 pm.

First off I will start by saying there is nothing wrong with the installers, my whole complaints are dealing with the Office. I will have to say that customer satisfaction is very very low. They have no clue what they are doing. I had the installers tell me they had no clue what the template guy was thinking (and apologize) and then on a separate occasion show up to «fix» a problem a day later then the supposed appointment that was scheduled (which it never was). Overall took over a month (and 4 times to the house) to make things right, but honestly we settled due to the fact we were just sick an tired of dealing with them and needed or kitchen back as we have a newborn. I would not recommend this company.
