OK, so it’s the first 100 degree day in Central Texas; my A/C is broken and, oh yeah, it’s Monday; so what are the odds I can get a service technician? Well here’s my story: I called at 6:30 this morning and left a message as they weren’t open yet. I called back at 9:30 and spoke with Jennifer. She assured me that they would get out to my house sometime today(yeah right). Confidence fading. Jeremy calls at 10:30. He’s finishing his current job and headed out to my house next. HMMMMMM? Sounds promising, but I’m not getting my hopes up. Jeremy shows up as promised, but the prognosis for my A/C sounds bad on first inspection. 5 minutes later he finds a fried mouse in the unit. Cleans the mouse out of the unit and Voila! I have A/C again! He checks the system and says, «All good.» AWESOME! So to recap: Hottest day of the year, quick response, and ONLY the work I needed, not a new A/C = A loyal Rabroker customer for the future! Great job!
