Pizza Como USA

The food here is really good. I have never had a bad meal, but the only thing that hurts Pizza Como is the staff. They are the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. Their attitude towards the customer is simply horrible and that is why I will never set foot in here ever again. As I read other reviews I disagree with the fact I’ll spend my money at a place that don’t treat the customer well. Their’s a select few that don’t care about the attitudes and will explain why they are never busy and probably never will be.

I love the «bargain» meal. Italian sandwich, slice of pizza and a Coke for a great price!

This is the place to go for my family they have ggreat pizza! The place is very dated but it’s character, and everything I’ve ever ordered is outstanding! Their Italian sandwiches are sooo good! They keep the place clean and that’s a plus for me!

For a group lunch, a family member bought two extra large pizzas, a pepperoni and supreme. The toppings were clearly above average, without a doubt superior to any chain. The crust and sauce were good, but I personally like my crust to have more crunch than this had. Unfortunately, the service was poor. My mother in law called to order and asked how many an extra large feeds, and the guy said in demeaning way «I don’t know, I’ve seen a guy eat a whole pizza! It’s got 8[?] slices!» When she went to pick up the order, she complained he was rude as well. (Not in a playful-​sarcasm sort of way, just in a bad-​customer service sort of way.)
Overall, the pizza is good. Above average, and hands down better than any chain. I’d disagree that it compares favorably with pizza available in NYC, e.g. Lombardi’s. (Lombardi’s is head and shoulders better.) But no one wants to give money to someone treating them condescendingly, and that knocks it down a star level in my estimation (in particular, it means we are unlikely to go back except in a blue moon).

Very good pizza, and I agree with another reviewer who mentioned their meatball sandwich. They are fantastic — probably the best I’ve had in a long time. I like their sauce because there isn’t a bit of bitterness to it at all.
I also agree about the service — it won’t win any awards but you’ll forget about it when you taste the meatballs!

The food is excellent it’s well worth it. A lil expensive but not to bad. Good italian food I would definitely recommend.

This place is awesome. We are from NY and have had lots of pizza and this is some of the best I have ever had– top five at least.
The meatball hero is incredible. The cheese is super high quality, the sauce is dead on, they make their own bread, and I don’t know what the secret is for the meatballs but I love them.
There is no attitude as I have read in other reviews. The owner was friendly.

My favorite sandwich place in Reading, Pa. It is true, service is sometimes rude but it’s just their way. The homemade bread and fresh meats are delicious! A must have in the area — I always stop here when I am in town

I’m a pizza-​snob, and it shows over and over again when I try new pizza places. The day I first tried Pizza Como’s pizza several years ago, a new precedent was set in my tastes in pizza. Not only in this area, but everywhere else I eat, as well.
First off, the service at Pizza Como will leave you skeptical about their food, but don’t let the stubborn, stuck-​up Italian men fool you. Just because Joe and Sal refuse to give more than a grunt upon placing your order doesn’t mean your food will be awful, too.
At times, the Pizza Como pizza can be a tad greasy, but if you’re not a health nut, it won’t phase you and you’ll only end up appreciating the flavor that it adds.
Pizza Como’s sauce is 100% home made and has an extremely unique taste.
Next to the pizza, Como makes absolutely incredible sandwiches. Their cold meats are fresh and tasteful, and the bread that the sandwiches are made on is fresh baked every day and toasted.
Eat at Pizza Como. You’ll love it.
