Seating is crowded but no long wait. Service is friendly and the atmosphere seemed a bit chaotic with the staff yelling across the room at each other and the telephone ringing off of a speaker. The food was okay, nothing exciting, but when I went to the ladies room(right by the kitchen) before leaving, I feel like I walked into a wall of gnats!!! Then I began to wonder how many of those suckers I ate 8(

I’m no longer pleased with this restaurant after visiting for the third time, and it deals with the owner’s lack of business ethics, her shamelessness in secretly lowering the quality of her ingredients, and then dismissing the fact after bringing it to her attention. After visiting the first time I was impressed with their quick service, attentiveness, and delicious Thai cuisine. Unfortunately, my feelings of joy and my desire to praise this restaurant very quickly faded away. I’ll get right to it: 1. Crab filled wonton appetizer: Virtually no filling inside of the wonton wrappers. You’re paying for a fried wonton wrapper with a thin film of ‘crab’ spread inside. It’s an absolute waste of money. 2. The owner has decided to substitute WATER for coconut milk in all of her curries. I was absolutely outraged by this. Curry should have a creamy consistency; hers is watery and might as will be called soup. 3. The owner appears to be friendly and very appreciative of all of her guests but sees you merely as the means to fund her family enterprise. She completely lacks understanding of American business ethics and basic customer service values. After bringing to her attention that I was unpleased with the consistency of the curry, she openly confessed that the product had in fact changed, the consistency was watery, and that there was nothing she could do about it. Never once did she offer to prepare something different for me, or make other accommodations. I then politely asked for a refund and she very loudly and unprofessionally asked«Why?! It’s not my fault… I have a business to run.» I was stunned. After an exchange of words and reluctance on her part, my money was refunded. I normally don’t write reviews on Unilocal, but felt that customers should know that they are dining in the establishment of a morally wrong business owner discreetly serving a sub par product to unsuspecting patrons who most likely don’t know any better.

The absolute best Asian food in the Temple-Belton area!!! No comparison. Try the fresh egg rolls with shrimp. The dish that has me coming back week after week is the tilapia with the Thai chili sauce. WARNING Thai spice is much hotter than what most is used to. Mild is comparable to drinking tabasco and medium will make your nose run.

I had the yellow curry with pork last night and it was amazing! Food is super hot and fresh when it gets to your table! Definitely will return! Maybe today! ;)

I really wanted to like this place, but something was off. Food is not terrible, but is not very good either. I had the pad thai, which is a pretty simple dish and should have tasted better than it did, nothing tasted fresh, almost as if it was reheated or something. Prices were good, the place could have been cleaner, i did see some knats/flies flying around. The staff was friendly, and a little slow. I will still have to go to Killeen if i want some thai food.

Hands down the best Thai food in Bell County. I’m definitely a regular. It’s a family run business that prepares great food. I know it’s in a strip mall. I know it doesn’t look like much, but it’s not going to disappoint you when the food arrives. Also has a good selection of the top Thai beers.

Best Thai food restaurant around the Temple, Tx area I’ve been to a lot of Thai restaurants but Mee Mee Thai Cuisine will knock your socks out with delicious curry and different soups they have on the Menu. And of course their Thai Tea is very refreshing to go with any meal there. Enjoy.

I was expecting to like this place a lot more than I did. We got seated super fast and the service was great(food came out quickly, check was immediately brought back, and waitresses were friendly). Wine and beer choices were decent. We started with the vegetable egg rolls, which were really good. However, the chicken pad thai was not all that great. It was pretty bland and the chicken was pretty dry. I was expecting a lot more out of this dish(more scallions, more egg, maybe some tofu), but I was disappointed in this dish. Maybe other things on the menu are more impressive, but the pad thai wasn’t.

Quick Saturday afternoon/evening bite. Fried Tofu appetizer, Green curry with pork and the Tofu Tom Yum. First Thai experience in Temple and definitely solid and return-able.(Yeah we’d go back there). Staff was really helpful, Mee Mee came by to check on us and we got in and out for under $ 30. Loved the curry-got it medium spicy and could have stood some more heat. My wife got the Tom Yum also medium and it made her nose run! She is a spicy food veteran so there may be some inconsistencies in their spice-o-meter but nothing that took away from the meal. Fried Tofu was awesome and to bottom line it for you: this ones a keeper!

Another Unilocal score! Staying in Temple Texas for the first time ever I had no idea about what restaurants were good in town. We almost decided to just walk to a Golden Corral located right next door to the Holiday Inn where we were staying but after Unilocaling it and seeing all the 1 star reviews we decided against it. So after taking a vote the crew decided Thai sounded good and lo and behold after Unilocaling Thai restaurants in Temple this place popped up with over 95 reviews averaging 4.5 stars! Intrigued we decided to check it out and again have to thank Unilocal users for their great reviews! Most of the reviews were spot on and I have to say I was really surprised at how well everything tasted! Generous portions, my Pad Thai was the favorite. We specified medium spicy for all our dishes and it was pretty spot on for our tastes. The servers were all pleasant and attentive and we even got to meet Mee Mee herself! She came out later to see how we were doing and we engaged her in conversation. She is a very nice lady and fantastic cook! She told us her place has been there for about 2 and a half years and she was glad to hear that we had heard positive things about her place on Unilocal! Overall impression… good Thai restaurant in Temple Texas with friendly folks who genuinely care about your experience!

Travelling with a veggie can get annoying.(ueah, us normal folks have frelings, too veggies!) My travelling companion can have just about any dish on the menu, vegitarian.(fried tofu is a substitution for meat) Had the pineapple fried rice… was not disappointed! Fried rice with generous portions of pineapple, onions, and cashews… my tongue is dancing! If you leave hungry, it’s your own darn fault. Extra points for offering chopsticks…(nom, nom, nom)

Neat asian fusion place. A Little chinese, little vietnamese, little thai. Food = 4 stars Service = 3 stars(a little slow on being waited on and when at the counter trying to pay the bill) Building/ambiance = 3 stars Had the chicken pad thai — medium hot. Nice spice, nice flavor, waaaay more than I could eat. Thai tea was good as well. Prices are reasonable, and the food is really good. I’ll be back next time I’m in the area.

It’s a very humble place and I love it. Over the last 2 years it has built a reputation on great food and service and my family has never been disappointed. Serving sizes and ginormous and the price is right on the money! In my humble opinion it’s one of the best Asian cuisine restaurants in Temple and there are a lot! Do yourself a favor and check it out! You won’t be disappointed!

It is good compared to what’s around it, but a 20 minute drive could get you much better. We went on a very cold day and were sat close to the door. It was cold and numerous people were sat next to us and moved due to the cold. The tables are also very close together, so don’t plan on having any intimate conversations over your food. The food itself was pretty good. Traditional stuff with your choice of spice(aka how hot it is). Not as much flavor as I’ve had with other places. The food itself was good, but like I said if you’re looking for great thai food make the drive to Harker Heights or Killeen and try some of those places! It would be a place to get take out if we really wanted something and didn’t want to make the drive.

Let’s start with their service. The host and servers were very polite. They checked up on our table to make sure that we have everything we ordered and also to make sure we had plenty enough to drink. I’m not sure if it has to do with being in the south but everyone in my table that was old enough to talk to the servers were referred to as sir and ma’am. They were attentive to the customers needs. As for the food, they were very delicious and tasty. When it comes to ethnic food, I am very picky. This place served us with some of the best Thai food I’ve had. The serving sizes were huge! There’s always a first time and tonight, I did not finish my plate of fried rice. Although I wanted to because it was so good! If I could, I would give 9 out of 10. I’m basing my review out of my family’s thoughts and opinions of the place. 5⁄5 for the service and 4⁄5 for the food quality and taste.
