I’ve bought a couple of vehicles from Harold Allen at Don Ringler Chevrolet and every experience is just as awesome as the last. They continue to go above and beyond what it is to be salesmen and a dealership.

These guys are amazing! Took barely any time to get me the vehicle I really wanted and quick and easy financing at lower interest than I asked for. Thank you to them all!

I would just like to send out a warning to anyone who leaves a bad review for this dealership. I wrote a review on Facebook and one of their sales guys looked up where I work on Facebook and wrote a bad review about me and my place of business. The actions of this one man says alot not only about him but also this place of business. Don Ringler Autos service department put my sister’s life in danger along with my niece and nephew and then to add insult to injury they attacked my lively hood, a family friends lively hood and two innocent businesses that have the integrity to not seek revenge on unhappy customers. Tyler Studinka is unprofessional and instead of trying to help unsatisfied customers he attacked them.

Harold Allen hooked us up with a 2015 Chevy Colorado, Truck of the Year. He helped us with the whole process, gave us great advice, and all throughout was extremely thorough and friendly. He was in the Army for over 20 years and helped my husband with his GM Military Discount. We were pre-​approved for our loan, so the financing step of the appointment was very quick and efficient. We came in an hour before closing and they did everything in their power to get us in and out, while still getting to test drive the truck.
Over all, we are very happy with our experience and definitely recommend coming here for a Chevy vehicle.

Let me start off by saying that our salesperson Jim S. was absolutely amazing. He had the vehicle ready for us to look at upon arrival to the dealership and was very respectful. However, when it came down to running numbers the finance manager did not seem interested in helping us get financed. He spent a total of about 5 – 6 minutes submitting our deal to the banks and didn’t even try to get us approved. He never stepped out of the tower to ask us any questions, for example down payment ect. We asked for a buyers order to take to our credit union and he argued with our salesperson about the pricing trying to low ball us on the price. We finally decided to just leave and all of a sudden he wanted to know if we wanted the buyers order. The finance manager could have done more to help us but he chose not to. Again our salesperson was awesome but the finance manager (Josh Tremmell) was not.

I was charged for work that wasn’t done. I brought my Chevy Aveo in for it’s 60,000 mile maintenance because I was moving to MD and needed to drive it there. Well, long story short, I asked them to fix the issues with the electrical outlets/​lighter at the same time so I could charge my phone and what not on the trip. Well, I was charged for ‘electrical’ work that was never done, since when attempting to charge my phone on the trip I still had no power since the lighter outlet was still disconnected from the wiring.

I purchased my first new vehicle here back in 2012 (Silverado) and the transaction was smooth and easy. Great customer service and very informative staff. Last weekend my wife purchased her first vehicle (2015 camaro) and we were both very happy about how we were treated and the time they took to get our vehicle to fit in our budget. Nice selection of cars & trucks to choose from. The Don Ringler dealership is very clean inside and out and Neil Poehlmann did a great job getting us the car we wanted. I’ll be going back here if I ever need another vehicle.

OMG!!! This is a car dealer? Best dealership experience EVER! I have bought my fair share of cars including domestic, import, luxury, sports cars, new, used, certified pre-​owned, you name it.
I worked with Jerry over the phone on pricing and availability since they are 30 – 40 miles away from me. We were able to sort everything out over the phone. When I arrived on only 45 minutes notice, the salesperson Jerry had asked to work with me, Kristy, had the car pulled up in front, washed ready to test drive. I drove it, loved it, and met with the Finance and Insurance person shortly after. While I was doing this, Kristy, my salesperson, had the car washed AGAIN because she saw something that I hadn’t even noticed. The paperwork/​finance and insurance portion was painless and I was given a great price on an extended warranty (considerably less than what I was able to find anywhere else).
If you’re in the market for a Chevy, Toyota (Don Ringler Toyota dealership is right next door), or a used car that may be on the Don Ringler lot, do yourself a favor and call/​shop Don Ringler in Temple. They have great prices and more importantly people that make it a painless process, unlike a typical car purchase experience.
