Absolutely wonderful and much needed spa treatment! Brought my daughter and soon to be mother in law out for a girls day pedi and ended up getting pedi/mani/brows…didn’t wanna leave. Haha. Will definitely recommend and come back!

By far the best pedicure I’ve ever had in my life! I travel for work quite frequently so I’ve had my share of mani/pedis from a lot of different places but this place knows how to make you feel completely relaxed and was worth every penny. They provided complimentary fruit and beverages, brought hot wraps for around your neck, gave you a list of choices but also had input on which one would work best for you, sea salt scrubs, hot wrapped towels, parra fin wax for your feet, and a hot stone massage included all in your choice of fragrances. They were very hospitable and friendly and I only wish I lived in Texas so that I could come back and enjoy a pedicure here again!

The first two thing I look for when I go into a nail salon is the cleanliness and if the atmosphere is friendly. The associates were friendly, and they did greet me when I arrived, but the cleanliness was seriously lacking. I sat down and had a gentleman about to do my nails. I asked for the color palate because I was doing shellac gel. An employee told me to choose a color of from the wall with all the nail polishes were. I knew that was wrong so I asked another employee and then I was finally given the palate. First, the gentleman who were about to do my nails just brought the cuticle pusher and trimmer utensil. They looked used and«dusty» from previously being used on someone else. I immediately asked if I could have a new set of utensils in a bag. He said okay and went behind a door and brought one out. So who knows if it was a «new» sterilized bag. That was upsetting. Secondly, if I choose a light color, I expect my nail technician to tell me that«hey, this is a light color, so let’s use a color for the base and then we can add the color you want on top.» I chose a light blue, and he only did two coats on my nails. You could see my natural nail through the polish. Also, I chose glitter polish for my accent nail and he only put two coats of glitter. Which again, I expect my nail technician to know that I don’t want to see my natural nail color through the polish. Who would? I expressed my concern, but was quickly dismissed. He seemed frustrated and in a rush. There were gel underneath my nail which he had to remove after too. The lady that was working on my friend’s nail heard my concern and added another coat which I greatly appreciate. So if you go here, choose the females. The pricing however are pretty similar to other nail salons. They do give 10% military discount. I only went here because it was a spur of the moment and the nail salon I frequently go to was busy.

My mom, sister and I went to this nail shop so that my mom could get a fill, I could get a full set and my sister a pedicure. We had a 930 appointment time, well they actually open up at 9am. Anyway, Henry did my nails, fine. I kept tellling him I need my nails cut short very short because I am an 11 month old and cant have them long. He wouldnt listen to me, they were to long. I have cut my son a few times when I change him. My poor mother got another nail tech and she was beyond rude. She kept leaving the nail station to set up pedicures and check people out etc. In fact at one point she set up a womans pedicure and wiped her nose and came back and started to do my mothers nail fill. Gross!!! It gets worse, the next day I am outside and my nail breaks!!! I call the shop right away and because its Valentines Day I am told we are busy come in tomorrow morning. I tell her I will not do this because it is the holiday to which I am told come in tonight after 630 again I cant because i need to put my son to bed. I ask if I can come in at 430 and she states do whatever you want but you are going to wait. I then ask for my money back because their service was horrible and the nails were apparently done in a horrible way. I was told they dont do that because its their money. But they always fix nails for free. I have been getting my nails done for years, only took them off to help my parents move. Anyway, I end up getting into a different nail shop who has to fix the broken nail and pay for them to pay for the gel color because they cant match the color this nail shop used. So for a $ 45 new set plus tip it has now cost me $ 75 because I tipped both places. I am a army wife at the local army base in the area so I would like to tell my fellow Army wives that they can get better else where, Beware of Deluxe Nails!!!

Aaron was awesome! I’m an visiting from DC for business purposes and decided to get a mani/pedi. I walked in and was greeted immediately. After 5 minutes I was seated in a pedi chair. I choose the milk and honey pedi(47 min). One of the best pedi I’ve ever had. He took his time(a lil over 47 min, not including polishing). In addition to the wonderful massage/spa treatment, he also did a great job with my toes. Sometime the rush and aren’t precise with polish but not Aaron! My toes and nails are pristine! Wish I could take him back to DC with me. I was also offered a fruit cup and water for free. He didn’t rush me out either after they closed while I was waiting for my hands to dry! Great customer service!

I took my wife here and instantly she was greeted and attended too by a very polite employees. She really enjoyed the service and the work they did. Great work, at a very responsible cost. Bathrooms were clean and well kept.

Overall I’m not satisfied with the services. I was offered something to drink upon arrival. I got a water. Later I saw a dollar added on my bill. I’m assuming from the water. But how can you offer something and not tell the customer they have to pay for it. I didn’t mind paying but its like you offered so I’m thinking it’s free. I got a delux pedi which was $ 35. The man who did it was nice but it’s like he was just waiting for the timer to ding. It was a 35 minute pedicure. No conversation just him doing his job. Which is all good but at least try to ask am I ok thru out. I’m happy with my color and I liked it at that time. So the man who does my $ 30 shellac was super rough. Like grabbing my hands and I’m just like can you be a little more gentle. When I left I was like I doubt I come back. A day later my shellac broke which they say isn’t supposed to happen and then the day after that my big toe chipped. I’m like seriously! $ 66 for this. Like they need to get better with people who don’t want fake nails. The shellac is supposed to strengthen and not chip. So not happy with a broken blue nail and a chipped white toe nail. Definitely won’t be going back.
