Dairy Queen

Food is delicious and the workers are friendly. One of the only places is town where they make your food fresh, just for you. The wait sometimes reflects that but worth it to not eat food that’s been sitting around. Love the burgers and chicken strip basket!

Burgers and tacos and desserts are great! Chicken was gross!!! Service was a joke! My friends and I walked in. My friends sat at a table and ate their food they bought from another place. I ordered something however. When I sat for when the manager walked over to the table and said your friends cannot bring outside God in here they need to leave. I sat there and argued with her saying but I bought something here. She didn’t care and we all were kicked out for a dumb reason! Also when I got there the staff were all up at the counter conversing and talking on phones had to say excuse 3 times.

Overall for DQ is average to a little above. Time of day appears to affect service but food and drinks are great.

If you want a Blizzard with a side of no customer service, lazy employees who are leaning on counters talking to each other instead of acknowledging your presence, then come on down for the showcase showdown.
Up for bid are:
Dirty looks that make you feel like you’re a cockroach just for walking in.
Pointless waiting for five minutes in an empty lobby while the employees turn their backs on you and pretend you’re a wall.
Toneless drone for a cashier who can barely meet your eye when you’re giving your order as if you had some disease she could catch just by looking.
A manager who looked like she’s been eating the restaurant fare for a week straight, giving you the eye.
One star for not getting sick.
I think I will pass.

They are always nice here. The burger is good and the produce is fresh for the most part. Fries are usually crisp. Used to have to wait a long time in the drive thru, but the past couple of months it has been faster. Can’t beat the $ 5 #1 meal deal they have a lot of times

The goto treat on a Friday or Saturday night for the kids. Blizzards are the standard request with plenty of options for what you can have blended in them. Service is always fast and they get the order right at the drive through everytime.

This is a pretty regular Dairy Queen. Nothing really to brag about. I come here when ever I get an ice cream/​blizzard craving & they deliver. The staff is sometimes short but mostly pleasant, I guess it just depends. Overall they get the job done & the drive thru is pretty quick. Great location along 31^st street.

Food is good and service is fast.
Employees aren’t the brightest or friendliest.
Be careful when you’re leaving drive thru. If you don’t immediately turn, you’ll end up in the drive thru line again.
