Ugh, these people! They say one thing and mean another. They told us to replace the kitchen tile before we moved out. Told us to out in whatever we could find. We spent a great deal of money and time doing it. Moved out and a month later, received a bill in the mail from them for $ 1200 because they decided to replace the tile that THEY TOLD US TO PUT IN!
They also don’t seem to care too much about their tenants. The air conditioner broke down quite a few times during the summer and they took their sweet time getting someone out to us to fix it.
