If I could give this place a negative 5 stars I would. I went in needing a nail (right thumb) repair and polish. I asked for 2 gel mood colors. The first color didn’t go on evenly. After telling the nail tech several times I didn’t like it– the polish was lumpy– she kept saying it needed 4 coats! Gel polish doesn’t need 4 coats. Finally she took it off, with an awful attitude. I had a darker color (1 choice was a bright purple but because it wasn’t removed I went to black.) this is uneven with horrible polish strokes. I asked for a refund which turned into an argument.

Unfortunately, after the first 2 times I came here I watched the quality of the services at this place steadily decline. I wanted to make them my consistent nail shop. But they just don’t quite cut it.
