M & N Towing Service

Very rude. Don’t ever use this service.

Worst than worst! Stay away from this tow company! My husband was in an accident and transported by ambulance. M & N towed our car to their tow yard and our car was searched including his lunch box and two shirts were stolen out of our car, they left the bag and the receipt in the car!!! Very unprofessional. I will be reporting them to my insurance company to make sure they don’t use them again!

This is the worst towing company!!! the driver didn’t not properly check to make sure there was no one in the vehicle before trying to hook it up and he hit my wife’s vehicle it caused damage to the back of her vehicle and the company refuses to pay for the damage. The comany and drivers are careless and don’t care what they do to your vehicle. My insurance company sent them out I have since told my insurance company what happened and they are discontinuing the use of M&N

Awful service. Rude and unprofessional. This company consists of the bottom of the barrel life form on the planet.

DO NOT use this company. If you are desperate, and must use this company, please inquire about their license and insurance. I am currently chasing down the company to pay $ 462 in damages due to the tow rep. ripping the tow hook on my car. After accepting the liability, the manager (???- Mike) backed out because I asked for the check up front, or something in writing. He got upset. I offered to work through the insurance. He declined. He then said he would deny damaging my car. Afterwards, I decided to pursue them legally. There is not much information available to the public. I don’t think the company is registered with the state. It’s safer to go with another tow truck company. Don’t get caught going through a legal shuffle with these guys. They have no real footprint in the communities which they operate. Almost like a bogus company.

M & N was dispatched by USAA to pick up my broken down car. The original ETA was 50 minutes. After a halph hour the ETA was an additional hour. Near the end of that hour I received a message from USAA that the M & N truck had broken down. The whole time I was unable to get M & N on the phone, just a busy signal.
After waisting 1.5 hours with M&N, USAA dispatched Tuck & Tow Towing with an ETA of one hour. They arrived on time, did everything right, dropped me off at the rental car and even called me when they dropped the car off at the dealer. Many thanks to Kevin for great service.
