Turning Point Physical Therapy

I love this place! I would recommend to anyone that needs a physical therapy place. Eric is an amazing PT. He is always answering any questions I have regarding my treatment. Eric’s massages always help reduce the pain you have. It is amazing the knowledge of muscles and nerves he knows. All the employees @ Turning Point Physical Therapy are exceptional. They are friendly, professional, helpful, caring and they make you feel comfortable. The customer service at this place is excellent. Eric and Sam always have time to work one on one with their clients and they both fo a great job. All the client from Turning Point Physical Therapy that I have talk to enjoy and feel comfortable going to this place to improve their quality of life

They have a registered nurse on the premise. They saved my mom’s quality of life, she would be in a wheel if not for Sam. Grateful for this place and their professionism, expertise and care. God bless these people and this place.

I’m involved in several high risk contact sports and have several existing injuries. The treatments I receive ALWAYS get me fixed up again. Thanks!

Excellent. The PTs are very knowledgeable and helped me recover from two different knee replacements. I’ve been coming here for almost two years and the staff is friendly and efficient, the facility is always clean and their specially designed gym programs have kept me coming back.
You won’t find a better facility.

Amazing staff. Everyone is helpful and friendly. Eric is an excellent PT. The exercises and the therapy are effective. Indeed great customer services and excellent physical therapy care. Gym program is wonderful too. I would definitely recommend Turning Point. It’s a great place.

Horrible, horrible service. I was in the waiting room and rang the bell six times before anyone attended to me. Maybe they are really understaffed or just lazy.
The doctor while treating my leg, seemed to prioritize getting me out of there as fast as possible so he could see the next patient and did not seem overly concerned about my well-​being. I asked him a couple of questions regarding my injury, but he did not even bother giving beneficial advice and just replied with «Don’t worry about it.»
I would recommend any other Physical Therapist office in the area over this one. I would imagine a doctor should be more caring for patients, and willing to share his knowledge with others. Especially his customers.

First time calling in, I didn’t ask who I spoke to, but he seemed knowledgeable, was friendly, and very helpful. Rather than just telling me that my boyfriend would need a Doctor’s referral to get treatment at the physical therapist, by law, for a pulled back muscle, he advised me that I should treat it myself. He explained to me how I should put ice on it for two days before going to the doctors to pay who-​knows-​what for treatment. I give 5 stars for being honest and I will definitely come here if I ever need treatment.

First off, great customer services, excellent physical therapy care!
Professional. Clean. Personal and Friendly.
The treatments I had were effective over the course of treating back and neck injuries. Their exercises were helpful but painful. It take some getting use to rebuilding strength to normal for my body.
I appreciated my doctor’s recommendation on getting my treatments with Turning Point.
