I needed a new nail place after I moved. This place is awesome! Super nice and fast service. The ladies here are so sweet I’m coming here again.

I’ve been coming here for more than 10 years everybody is so nice and do my nails exactly to the way I like it, if I want a crazy color or special design they do it for me I even bring in pictures and ask them if they can do the exact same thing and they do it even better than the picture I bring in. The owner Kim is the best eyebrow lady in temple city everybody gets their eyebrows waxed here my husband and brothers too which is a plus because it’s male friendly too. I’m very pleased with the service and the other ladies here are so sweet and u can actually carry a conversation with them with out feeling awkward like in other spas. Very detailed if they feel it’s not 100% perfect they will do it again on their own with out the customer even noticing. Definitely the place to go to if u want amazing nails or eyebrows.

I don’t do my nails much and just started venturing out trying new places and since this was near by I decided to go. I wanted to get gel polish no acrylics and get a simple message written on them for vday weekend and it was not worth it! It was $ 42 plus tip and I didn’t get any designs just simple lettering and I didn’t realize at the time but she wrote the message partly backwards on my nails and I ended up feeling embarrassed so I think she should have asked me if what I wanted was right but I felt like there was a language barrier and that didn’t help the situation either. When I first got there too another lady was complaining about the color was wrong but they refused to fix it and she just left so I should have taken that as a sign. I don’t recommend any type of design work here and I think there are better priced places in the area to go to so this place ain’t so «krazy» cool after all…

When in SGV, I make it a conscious effort to come to Krazy Nails and get my nails done. I use to be a regular at other SGV nail salons, like Pearl Nails, but I feel their service has gotten low while the prices have risen up. Many nail salons like to make up prices on the spot and I never get a consistent price for the same service. Krazy Nails offers many things I feel are lacking in many businesses and that is why I have no qualms referring all my friends in the area to come here. The owner truly wants you to be happy with your nails at the end of day (and if you’re clumsy like me, she welcomes you with open arms for repairs). I am a firm believer in testing out other businesses to find the right fit for you, and Krazy Nails has fit that criteria for me. What you can expect here is courteous, quality work!
Also, don’t be shy on bringing in photos of what you ideally want. The team here will do their best attempt. Trust me, my friend wanted an ambitious Star Wars themed nail palette, and that is exactly what she got!

Kim was a really nice lady:) waited for my home girl and I to do a full set and pedicure. prices are not bad at all. love my matte nails!(: will be a returning customer for sure !(:

Absolutely love this place. Bi monthly customer and I can say that I am really happy going here. Last nail place I went too wasn’t great. This place has wifi and keeps me occupied while I’m waiting.
Nothing really bad to say. Great service.
Recommend the waxing to all my other friends who want to keep their unibrow on check.

Kim is so good at what she does! Super fast and comes out so nice! She has great color selection. Good customer service and oh my god the pedicure chairs are the best! So comfy and it massages your butt! Hahaha
