I had my engagement photos taken in May and chose 2 outdoor locations (Pasadena City Hall and LA Arboretum). The pictures came out great. Wei and his partner Ben were great at taking our best angles. They tried to block my fat arms or cover my face a little using the veil so that I would look skinnier. No need to lose weight :)
Price was very reasonable and I would highly recommend Wei to anyone. His English is not super great, but I believe is decent enough to be able to communicate. He is very efficient and great at what he does.

I had my engagement pictures, day of the wedding pictures, day of the wedding videography, and photobooth pictures done by this studio. Wei gave us an awesome package deal! I am happy that my fiancé and I decided to choose Wei and his crew to be our photographer and videographer for our big day because they were very professional at what they do and we felt that they went above and beyond on helping us make our big day go by as smooth as possible. They knew the traditional Chinese traditions and so they were able to help us capture just about everything that was important and also stuff that my fiancé didn’t know about, they were able to tell us so that our parents wouldn’t have to tell us. Wei was also pretty accommodating to the times that we wanted to start and end things. Many photographers/​videographers charge you for certain hours and once it hits their end time, they stop, not Wei and his crew. They continued to capture whatever I wanted to even when they were on overtime, they didn’t charge us extra. They knew that it was a very important day and so that is why I said they go above and beyond to help.
As for our engagement session, I really enjoyed it a lot. I felt that Wei (photographer), Jimmy (his assistant), and Tobey (make-​up artist) were like my close friends. We would joke around a lot. We took pictures in Wei’s studio and at 2 different locations (our choice). Pictures turned out nice.
