John Petti and crew are amazing. And in our case, Accurate Builders & Repair were business life-​savers and customer service giants. We’ve been in business here in Temple City for some 40 years and our experience yesterday was our best service experience since Day One. We practice dentistry under a flat roof and yesterday’s El Nino downpour produced leaks all over the place (including into several overhead light fixtures.) With a full day of patients scheduled at the time and for the entire week, we were facing a disastrous start to 2016. John and team were here within an hour of our call and administered emergency care; pumping out «hundreds of gallons» of pooling water and covering the roof with a plastic tarp. Hopefully, the building owner will follow through with John’s roofer referral and recommendation for a long term solution. I highly recommend Accurate Builders & Repair.

John Petti has worked with me for the past 10 years in my property management business. He works on so many different levels of maintenance and rehab from changing lightbulbs to rebuilding a duplex that burned down. He can handle any job that’s been assigned with the exception of cleaning drains (he doesn’t care for that type work). He is always focused on the job at hand and very professional. The projects included exterior painting, siding, and stucco repairs, interior carpentry to finish cabinets and window sill, installing crown molding, replacing a wooden threshold for an exterior door, repairs to exterior cabinet doors and deck, and adding geotextile to a hillside area.
