Did a home inspection with these guys about a month ago for our new home. Was highly recommended by our buyers agent. Inspectors found a good deal of obvious repairs but otherwise said no huge issues were found. Upon taking possession of the home, the air conditioner didn’t work(noted as working in the inspection) and we had to pay hundreds of dollars for an electrician to come out and rewire much of the house because the power was running off of a home made breaker box, and was told the house is a fire hazard and nothing at all is grounded. These guys do a pretty good job with inspections, but I feel that a couple large issues were found short after the inspection that would probably have been important to know. And if overlooking such issues is normal for inspections, then they are completely pointless and not worth the investment. I could have used that money to pay for the people to fix the obvious issues instead of know which random pieces of wood are cracked.
