I was having issue with my health. I have visit several other doctors but they seem to not able to tell me what wrong. They told that I just have the flu. Couple of my friends suggest me to visit this place. Couple appointments later, Dr Ip said that I may have the Lyme disease and outline a treatment plan for me. Well all my symptoms are gone. The place is well organized and the exam tables were covered with freshly wash linen. Staff is well aware of what they are doing. If you are looking for a new primary care doctor, give this place a try.

All of this is true. Settle in folks for the worst experience I’ve had at a Dr. office. NEVERGOHERE. The support staff… oh man. What unprofessional people. They do not know how to bill insurance, they lie, they laugh in your face, and they show a complete lack of respect for the MD. The building is a one story, dark, and creepy. Their equipment is kept in wooden furniture that I can only surmise was purchased from Good Will(which is ok for my bedroom but not for holding the sterilized needles.) Their exam rooms do not have sinks or soap and the exam table is a dining table with blankets thrown over. Even worse, when they were setting up to draw blood, the nurse(I think) kept opening the poorly fit drawers and muttering«I can never find anything in here», which fills you full of confidence that the needles they use are properly cared for. This was all made worse by the fact that the blood draw room is long, poorly lit and has about 15 soviet era chairs lined along the wall with desk lamps attached. Add to this scene the fact that the only light on in the room was the light attached to the chair in the middle of the room where I was to sit and you have a great scene for a horror movie. When the blood draw was over, I was told to hold a gauze pad on my fresh wound, and the nurse left the room. She came back minutes later with a stretch wrap to wrap around my arm. When she tried to wrap the stretch wrap around my arm, she ended up getting the gauze pad caught in the wrap and flinging the pad(with my blood) across the room. At that point I was no longer bleeding so I said I didn’t need the wrap. I then exited as quickly as possible. When my insurance called to settle the billing, they told my insurance that I saw a doctor on the second story then«took the elevator» to the first floor to see a different doctor for a consultation. The problem is, this is a ONESTORY building, and I only saw ONEDOCTOR. My insurance knows about this, and for legal reasons I will not comment further. In summary: Staff floats around looking and acting like the patrons of Woodstock with the professionalism of volunteers working in a complaints department. The atmosphere is unsettling. Their clientele will badger you without any prompting with statements such as «I’m a christian but I only believe in the old testament» and«Bill Clinton should be tried for war crimes». They will lie to your insurance, lie to you about billing(«I have to charge you 120 $ NOW because if we call your insurance and they say the visit should have costed 250 $ then I HAVE to charge you 250 $. In case you didn’t know this is BS), laugh at you when you ask questions, and fail to perform even the most basic requirements. The only positive was the doctor I saw, who was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. My advise to her is to GETOUTOFTHERE! Needless to say I was too nice to go through with the whole experience. My Mum taught me to be polite and give the benefit of the doubt.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a physicians office. The exam took place in a very large room with two beds inside. It was very dirty in every aspect. Walls had stains all over them, as well as the carpet, rugs looked filthy. Even the linen on the beds was unwashed . Worst part was while I was being examined the staff literally kept walking into the room. To ask questions about anything from incoming mail, to prescriptions, to signing off on orders. The physician herself even became irritated. Yet asked me to say something to her staff about my disappointment . Her staff could also be heard calling her stupid in the hallway. While I was being examined and answering her questions. Beyond unprofessional and quite sad
