Invitation Homes took over management of my rental home thru Tree House about 6 months ago. BEST thing to happen. They are great at responding to emails and questions. I love paying my rent online. They are proactive in lease renewals. They initiated contact with me 90 days before my lease was set to expire. I really appreciate the very unexpected family night, movie preview of Hunger Games: Catching Fire, they did last night. It was really fun and everyone there was so nice! I hope they do something like that again.

Invitation Homes recently acquired the house I am renting and I truly wish they had been my management company for the 3 years we lived here (our lease is up and we are moving for unrelated reasons). They have been very helpful as far as maintenance goes, someone gets back to us right away (so far, same day) and work the last company neglected is being done.

I called the number displayed on their website (
) to inquire about house rentals in the Peoria area. They were kind enough to return my call and explain how to conduct a rental search on their website «Put Peoria, AZ in the search engine», and wish me luck. Boy was I lucky they made that call, because clearly I have no freakin clue how these fancy schmancy «computer» tingamabobs from outerspace work!
Clearly they have a commitment to customer satisfaction and are willing to go out of their way to help people find the homes that they desire. (Sarcasm)

If I could give negative stars I would! We were previously with Treehouse and now we are dealing with Invitation Homes and they suck! They don’t return calls and when they do they couldn’t care to help a tenant. Especially Neftali Rivera!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

do not rent from treehouse!!! renters beware!!! please read all the filtered reviews!!! it’s almost perfect until you move in. but then… no one answers your call. they tell you they’ll send someone out to maintenance whatever is broken but it takes about a month. we were told multiple times that things were going to be taken care of and they never were. i should’ve read these reviews before choosing this house!!! but you sure do receive your monthly email reminders to pay your damn rent on time.
