Jamie Thompson is a gem, and we are so lucky he has been our realtor. We are return clients from many years ago. His knowledge base of the business, and his contacts for all kinds of situations really helped us out. We had some weird luck. We ending up having a contract on 4 houses. The first house flooded, the second house did not end up having permits for add-​ons, and the third house, the seller wanted to back out after the contract was in place. It was just a matter of weeks when I got another offer which finally closed a couple weeks ago. We had a couple of snags during the negotiation but he once again maintained his composure and guided me thru the constant back and forth negotiations.
