This is what buying a 5,000 Viking refrigerator gets you. 1. only two«certified techs available»…so you get to wait 4 days for someone to show up initially(after your whole fridge has spoiled). 2. That person shows up and tells you that you have a Freon leak… it will be 10 days for the part to show up, and then another 5 days before a tech will be able to come out. 3. On day of scheduled appt, recieve call stating(we never got the part we needed, it will be another 5 days.) 4. Tech«fixes» fridge for $ 400 dollars 5. 4 days later same problem reoccurs. 6. call service manager and speak to assistant that says«he and the techs are in training for the next 2 days» and is unavailable to speak to you… So recap…$ 5,000 fridge, 3 weeks of no food in the house, inappropriate diagnostics from the«certified» technicians, and a Service manager who is Unavailable to speak to you…
