Sun Valley Learning Center

I cannot say enough good things about Sun Valley Learning Center (formerly Bethany Learning Center). My oldest went to preschool from 3 years of age and stayed thru kindergarten (this year they don’t have kindergarten anymore). My youngest is in the middle of her 2^nd year there. Was there for 2 year old preschool and currently 3 year old preschool. My oldest loved it (but is in 1^st grade and there is no 1^st grade at Sun Valley Learning Center) and my youngest loves being there too! The teachers and staff are awesome and they really do an amazing job teaching the kids age appropriate things. They care about the kids and their families and what is going on in their lives. My oldest is in 1^st grade now (somewhere else) and she is excelling greatly. She is currently in the highest reading group in her class and is pulled out with a few other kids to do 2^nd grade math. I believe Sun Valley’s program had a lot to do with that– their focus on really helping the kids learn and making the environment one where kids can focus on learning while also having fun! I hope and pray that Sun Valley will once again have kindergarten by the time my 3 year old starts kindergarten! Thank you Sun Valley Learning Center!!!

We love SVLC! It is an amazing preschool. You will not find a better preschool to entrust with your child’s early education. The teachers are loving and caring. The curriculum is fantastic. All of the activities are wonderful and create such a fun learning environment for the children. Our oldest daughter attended from age 2 through Kindergarten. She is now in 2^nd grade and is achieving straight As. She reads at a 4^th grade level. I have no doubt her academic achievements are in no small part related to the education she received here. We had to move out of state when our youngest daughter was only 3, and I can see such a difference in the quality of education she has received since we left.

We have brought our son here for the last year and now our infant daughter is in the baby program. The teachers are amazing — very patient and caring, but also great with helping them develop their skills. My son’s speech has really improved with their help, and they helped potty-​train him. He loves his friends and prays for his teachers each night. I wouldn’t have them attend anywhere else. All the families are so nice and it’s fun to meet them at events. The classes do parties for christmas and Easter, and parents can come.
The tuition is much more affordable than chain schools, or really any other nice school. We will be sad when our son graduates their PreK program and goes on to kindergarten.

This is the best place to take your 15 month old to kindergarten student in the East Valley. I have first hand experience as a working parent. You can’t pay enough for the love and care received, not to mention the ciriculum plus fun-​fun-​fun — karate, sign language, spanish, dance, cooking, art, and so much more.
