First of all, I love love Starbucks! I’m a regular at quite a few of them. I’ve been to this Starbucks a few times and the service is always quick and good. I went there one day last week and it was pretty busy. I want to make a shout out to Grant who was a Barista Especial. Efficient quick and awesome :)

Have gone here many times since it opened a couple of years back and actually stopped going due to long waits, bad customer service, and them always not having food items in stock.

I’m going to tell you a story about this one time I was in Tempe and was looking for a specific locally owned coffee shop to support, But I couldn’t find it. So I got pissed and then I saw Starbucks… Hey, and guess what? They sell coffee.
So I went to Starbucks. And I had coffee. And it was good.
So what is the moral of the story? That I have terrible directional skills? Yeah, maybe, but also that even when I couldn’t find the locally owned place, I had no problem finding Starbucks. So Starbucks won the day.
And I like coffee.

Friendly staff, pretty ok overall. My big negative for this location is that they are inconsistent. I order the same thing every time and sometimes it’ll be really milky, other times the espresso is way strong, yet other time they put too little/​too much vanilla syrup in it.
They occasionally have problems moving their drive-​thru line along quickly.
When a drink is wrong and I bring it back up, they’re always super nice and apologetic and they remake it, which I really appreciate. They could just work on consistency.

Come here for expensive, average coffee. If you like that bitter burned flavor of Starbucks coffee, this is the place for you. I had a drink of my friend’s coffee and made this awful face and said, «It tastes like there’s a dead bird in it.» But that’s just the flavor of Starbucks. Most people love it, I guess.

Love that this place closes late, so it’s great for the weirdos like me who drink coffee at 10PM. Great for studying but you’ve got to have a leprechaun and a half to snag a table here around finals. Also, for having that many plugs for electronics, the wifi here is incredibly slow. Otherwise, more or less your average Starbucks.

Not sure why this location has such low ratings! I’ve been through the drive-​thru at least a dozen times and never leave dissatisfied (other than when they’re out of blueberry scones). The service is always friendly and the line typically moves pretty fast. My only complaint would be that they’ve overfilled my drinks on multiple occasions… I’m not a fan of sticky hands.

This starbucks doesn’t live up to the standard of the starbucks name. Each time I have been there my drink has either been made wrong or poorly. The location doesn’t seem to be prepared for their morning rush. I make the extra drive down rural to go to another starbucks to get my coffee.

I have never had an issue parking in their lot
The lobby has both comfortable chairs and less comfortable chairs
Right next to Potbelly’s so if you are studying and want a sandwich you can pretty much just step outside,
The drinks are made to standard, and the people who work there are nice.
One less star because although the people who work there are nice, they are not very knowledgable and that is kind of irritating.
Otherwise I am a fan, indeed!

Worst starbucks I’ve ever been to. I repeated my order three times and they still got it wrong– twice. Even after they remade it it still didn’t taste right. They messed up two other people’s drinks while I was standing there. And they were slow! Won’t come back here.

The guy at the drive through line treated me like I was stupid because I missed the order thing. On top of that the coffee is mediocre. Thanks for ruining my morning coffee and insulting me at the same time
