Starbucks

By far the worst Americano I’ve ever had. There’s hardly what any would call espresso in here! The girl that took my order had an attitude and when I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, she tried to give me one that someone just returned. This was only obvious since she handed me a bag as my receipt was being printed and the bag was already crumpled up with someone else’s name written on it. wtf?! I told them my name wasn’t Ashley and asked for a fresh order. when the girl that took my order found out she couldn’t fool me she said, «well I guess this is nobody’s then!!!» and stomped her feet all over the ground. LOL how rediculous.

the people who work here have no sense of urgency whatsoever. there will be a line of 30+ people and they’re still moving at 2mph and shooting the breeze. kind of ridiculous tbh. I get its not a quick place to stop and I usually don’t complain about service but it seems like they don’t even try to keep things moving.

Extremely long lines. Could have more people to work… Normally it takes me 15 minutes to get any beverage

Although I have not been checking in regularly here, I come quite often and am always satisfied with my Starbucks experience. Thus, I was surprised with the overall low scoring review.
Don’t get me wrong, the wait times can be pretty long ranging from 10 – 15 mins, but when we want Starbucks it is what it is.
I think the baristas are very friendly and are willing to correct a mistake if needed. For example, one time my iced espresso was made with 4 pumps of pumpkin syrup instead of my requested 1 pump; however, once I alerted them, they fixed it without a problem.
IF want to grab a quick coffee, this Starbucks may not be your best option. For that, head to the market just south.
IF you want to indulge in your favorite Starbucks treat and are willing to wait a little longer, you’re at the right place. Enjoy!

Only giving a 2 because I get coffee here often because it’s there but I need to stop. The baristas don’t shut up with their friends who visit. Long lines because of immature staff.

They’ve been out of vanilla roobois tea for three weeks now. Who does inventory? Stevie Wonder? Also there’s also 6+ employees, 4 who just stand and talk and it takes an average of 5+ minutes for a drink. Most inefficient Starbucks I’ve been to.

The blonde guy who works there is SO cute. Happy baristas and quick service (which is surprising considering it is one of the busiest in the nation)!

A typical Starbucks but STAY AWAY from all Starbucks on campus. For some reason they have the WORST service.
