The worst ever shopping experience !
The manager Mr. R is super rude I tried to solve a return and exchange problem with him and he hanged up the phone on me.
This is so common in this store chain, I figured that out by checking some other branches reviews on Unilocal!
I alway try to relax when I find some difficult people like Mr. R.
Unfortunately those people haven’t heard maybe about customer wrights, and their Managment as I felt are supporting their acts.
Be aware about this shop policy, and don’t trust their words, they are not reliable!
