They were OK, had a very clogged toilet (I’ll spare you the details) and they had to come out on a Saturday. They charged almost $ 300 to pull the toilet up. I’ve never needed a plumber before so I’m not sure if that price was standard or not. I thought that was very expensive, but at least they took care of the problem.

Called ahead to get a price to snake drain at one of our rentals after a kid put a toy down the toilet. I was specific in how I wanted the tech to use the clean out above the toilet to snake. (We already snaked the toilet and it had pushed down into the drain and then filled the clean out after flushing). He got to the job before my mom met him on site. He decided to start ahead of time and snake the toilet, for some extra income. Mom told him we already did that when she arived and knew the clog wasn’t there and that he was to snake the clean out. He did the job and removed the clog, but tacked on $ 99.59 for the toilet snake error. Added it to his hand written bill after mom signed the original invoice. What’s the point of getting a bid ahead of time? I complained and he called back and tried to ramble on about the job and told me his supervisor would call later John Clien?. He was only there 45 minutes and wanted to make $ 246.59! Doctors don’t make that much. He would not refund the charge, but offered a $ 2 discount so I am disputing it through my credit card. Ripped off!

If this company is r2k plumbing I do have to say that I’m very disappointed with this company and there professionalism. I was driving down the 60 going home from work where I was almost ran off the road by one of there trucks! When I called in it was after hrs so I left my number and my complaint with the after hrs service. I was never contacted back. So if you see an r2k plumbing truck on the road license plate ch84650 be very careful because the guy driving and the company are reckless
