Great and fast service by Jasen & Coty. It was easy to make an appointment for my car service. Everyone was friendly and professional.
They will be our first stop for any future car service needs.

We went there because the parking brake /​brake low fluid level warning light turned on several times during the last three days. We wanted them to check the brake fluid level and eventually the brake pads or the electronic system.
The only diagnosis they were able to make after five minutes sounded like «oh guys please do not drive with the parking break on» as we were stupid. Of course, every time the light was on we had carefully checked that the parking brake was not on. And we also told them that in many occasions the light turned randomly on while we were driving and then stayed on for the rest of the drive. Nothing. The diagnosis was always «stupid-​guys-​driving-​with-​the-​parking-​brake-​on».
Never going there again.

On a very busy back-​to-​school day for us, we noticed a giant nail in our tire. We took it to Ron’s and they put the spare on for us. They ordered our tire from another shop, and called me at home when the tire arrived to their shop.
When I arrived with my infant, I expected to wait at least an hour (which wouldn’t have been that bad considering they have a clean, comfy waiting area). One mechanic grabbed my keys before I even had a chance to get inside, the other mechanic held the door open for me. I swear, I think the whole process took 15 minutes. I was absolutely FLOORED. I haven’t gotten better service anywhere.
I won’t ever go anywhere else!

Whatever you do don’t take your business anywhere but here. You won’t find a place with more knowledge, best prices and outstanding customer service than Ron’s. They’ll treat you better here.

The service I received was ok. Nothing bad but nothing special. I did appreciate the info the man gave me.

This incident happened several years back. My first time there, they gave me a really good discount on my tires, so I began going to them regularly, thinking they were trustworthy. A few visits later, I brought my car in for maintenance, and they told me something in my car was broken and it would cost approximately $ 600 to replace it. I was suspicious about what they said because while I was waiting, I overheard a phone conversation the staff had about money issues. I said that I would have to do the fix another day and left the store. I called other mechanics and found out they would charge about $ 400 to fix whatever was supposedly broken. I ended up bringing my car to a different mechanic, and that mechanic told me they couldn’t find anything wrong with my car. It’s been years and I’ve not had to pay huge sums of money to make any major fixes on my car yet, so the staff at Ron’s were definitely lying. They are not trustworthy. They tried to solve whatever money issue they had by charging me $ 600 for an unnecessary fix.
They are good to first-​time customers, and then once they gain the customers’ trust, they start being dishonest. You can see in other reviews that most positive reviewers seem like first-​time customers. If you look at one of the hidden negative reviews in Unilocal (hidden due to Unilocal’s software), there was another customer who had a similar experience as me.

They did a good job when they worked on my alternator. They were honest and fair and very courteous. I’d go back to them again.

I just left Ron tire and service for an oil change. The service was awesome and the guys even better! I will definitely be back!

I called Discount Tire, Sams Club and finally Ron’s Service and Tire Center. They gave me the best price on 4 tires installed out the door. They also offer cash discount. They didnt try to upsell me. Scheduled me that day to come in to have them installed. Everyone at the service center was very friendly and professional. I had 4 tires installed in 15 minutes. Great Service, I shall return. Thanks guys.

I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. When I went to pick it up they were having issues with their computer system and could not print out a receipt. Instead of making me wait around they let me go and the service was free! I was pretty shocked, you don’t see that kind of service these days. I will definitely be back.

We were driving down the road and heard an odd sound that seemed to be coming from the right front tire. Upon inspection, we found a ³⁄₈ inch bolt imbedded in the tread.
Shit.
Time to pull up Unilocal on the iPhone – Ron’s tire place came up. One call, one visit, one FREE tire repair, and we are on our way.
Ron’s SERVICE is top quality. Highly recommended.

I got an oil change here a couple days ago and was blown away by the service and honesty of this place. Jasen the manager commented that I took great car of my car, took the time to get to know me, and even gave me a free oil change. It’s nice to finally find a place I can trust and continually come to. I Highly recommend this shop!

First time coming here and I’ll def be back. Thorough and not trying to sell me off. Just what I was looking for.

Blew a tire on my way into Tempe from Los Angeles, found Ron’s on Unilocal.Found the place and got in 15 min before closing. I wasn’t hopeful but the guys there double checked, found a tire to replace my weak donut and were really nice, helpful and fast.
Definitely coming back!

Although the name has changed over the years, the service, the trust, and the reliability has stayed the same. These are the REAL good guys! My mother just went there this morning and she posted this on Facebook:
«A BIG Shout Out and THANK YOU to all the wonderful, friendly guys at Ron’s! I’m always somewhat panicked when the „service engine soon“ light comes on in my car … but I know I can always go there to get the problem resolved ASAP! They even opened up 20 minutes earlier than they had to for me and thank you SBJ it was only due for an oil change-​$ 30…WHEW! Color me happy!»

Fantastic customer service. The store manager Jason was very friendly and a straight shooter. Went in for an oil change and it took less time then I was quoted. Very cheap oil change compared to other places.
The only silly negative I can think of is that they had the tv show Doctors on in the waiting room and that show blows. Very comfy couches though!
I would come back for anything car related.

I was taught by my dad at a young age that no matter where I live I need to take the time to find an auto mechanic I can trust. Ron’s was not that mechanic the first two years I lived here. I had found another place that was also highly recommended on Unilocal.
After a few years my car needed some more serious work than usual. I took it to several places to make sure all the diagnosis lined up and to see what the price would be. Jason at the front gave me a quote that was 20% cheaper than anywhere else and was very honest and helpful.
Since then I have taken my cars to get quotes elsewhere every time they need something more serious than an oil change and every time Ron’s has the best rate. I have come to trust their judgement and have recommended them to my family and friends whenever asked.
The people who work here are polite, trustworthy and know their trade. If you live in the area and you need work done on your car you should certainly get a quote from them before making a final decision on where to go.
