The first time I visited the shop, they were closed during normal business hours. I was hesitant to return, but I’m glad I did. I brought them a pair of women’s boots to have the heel taps replaced, a service I’ve had completed at many other shoe repair shops. I was very impressed when I picked up my shoes, only 2 days later. They had gone above and beyond the heel taps, repairing a portion of the heel that was damaged and shining them to make them look new at no extra charge. I will definitely be returning in the future & have already recommended the shop to friends.
