Procare Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning

update: 6 months after this company cleaned our ducts, my husband went up to see if he could figure something out in the attic, and found one of the ducts completely disjointed from the box and blowing cold air into the attic! The 3 stooges who originally cleaned our ducts didn’t properly seal them. So, to their credit, I called, and they sent someone back out to fix it. I requested that it be someone good, and NOT any of the first 3 inept guys.
Here’s how that visit went. The guy came, and he went into the attic. He was not looking where we told him – he found some other random duct that had nothing to do w/​what they had done, and said this was a job for an A/​C company, and they had nothing to do w/​it and he didn’t have the right tools to seal it back up. My husband showed him the pic on his cell phone, and suddenly the guy knew just what he was tallking about, so they both went up into the attic to fix it together. It took 2 of them, as a matter of fact, because the guy couldn’t do it by himself; hubby had to hold it while he secured it. HOWEVER – he needed to cut wire to secure it, and was using a knife to cut wire in the attic, and kept trying and failing to cut the wire, which was giving off sparks each time, all around them being the flammable attic insulation! my husband finally said, here, let me do it, and cut the wire with his bare hands.
But, the manager was willing to solve the issue that they created, just to make sure you know that the management is fair. However, I really don’t have a lot of confidence in the skills of their workers, truth be told.

They were available for next day service. The guy who came out was very professional and accommodating. I am super pleased with the work they did, the prices they charged, and the customer service! I have to give a 4 as opposed to 5 star because there was a bit of run-​around and confusion when they first got to the house, but it was quickly overcome.
