Made an appointment with Chiris to repair and refinish a leather sofa. NO SHOW. Called him 1 hour after his scheduled time and had to leave a message. Never returned our call. HARD TO BELIEVE PEOPLE RUN A BUSINESS LIKE THIS!!! (Could not give 0 stars)

Thank you so much for fixing my sectional! The price was perfect and he really knew his stuff! I thought that I was going to actaully have to replace my beloved sofa that I have had for years that none can compare to. But because of them I dont! Thanks guys and I will for sure be referring people!

Never did the Unilocal thing before. .I just have to now. I gave Chris a call… he came out, gave me a spot on estimate. He repaired and cleaned 2 couches… they look and feel brand new! I’m so impressed with his work ethic and integrity. He does excellent work. will recommend him to anyone! !!

I believe this would be my first Unilocal in a long time if I ever Unilocaled at all, but this guy deserves a shout out. I was researching for leather repair people and came across Phoenix Leather Guy. I had contacted a few other people too, but thankfully I chose Chris. I felt he was honest with incredible integrity as he stood by his original quote (even though the job was more than he expected). Chris Helms is AMAZING at what he does in restoring what I thought was un-​restorable. We had a leather couch that had been in the family for over 12 years and so comfortable. My daughter and husband inherited the couch (she always loved how comfortable it was) but it had so much wear and deep tears in a couple cushions from dogs we had. Chris was able to restore the cushions so nice that it would seem there was no damage at all… they will have him come back to do the love seat. He is professional and personal to where I consider him now a family friend. I highly recommend to anybody who needs their leather brought back to life. Thanks again Chris! I have had a wonderful leather couch, love seat and «big daddy» chair for 9 years, and it is THE most comfortable leather I have ever sat on. I paid $ 3800 at CostCo and they are just wonderful pieces of furniture! I love this set… but I have dogs, who run the house. Yes, they, too love sleeping on the furniture and YES, I have let them over the years. My favorite chair finally looks horrendous, dried out and 2 small rips in the cushion. Chris came and looked at everything and agreed with me… it was great leather and he promised he could fix it!!! Well today he pulled off a miracle. My couch, love seat and chair all look brand new. He cleaned them, repaired the holes and dyed everything a touch darker, so scratches and wear just doesn’t show up anymore. They are BEAUTIFUL again. Well, needless to say… dogs have lost couch privileges. I love them, but OH MY, the couches sure are pretty! Thank you CHRIS, you did an amazing job!!!

Had Chris back out to just clean and moisturize the sofas since his last visit about 18months ago. He was on time, quick and very thorough. The sofas look amazing and they are 21 years old! I would highly recommend him for all of your leather needs. Plus he is so friendly!

We gave Chris a call about our 3 year old couch. The cushions had completely gone flat and needed to be restuffed. Within a few days he was able to get us a quote we were comfortable with and have them stuffed and ready to pick up. He also made sure the new foam was higher quality then what came with the couch originally and explained why this was. He perfectly fit the new foam inside the covers so we wouldn’t deal with sagging material anymore. We were really impressed with his craftsmanship and professionalism. Plus he was really easy going, we never felt we were dealing with an obnoxious sales person who just wants you to get the most expensive product. We’ll definitely be giving him a call for our matching chair cushion once it needs the foam replaced.

I had a contemporary Leather chair I purchased from Copenhagen years ago and there was some damage from our cat. I honestly did not think it could be repaired like new, The Leather Guru came through and way above my expectations. The Chair looks as good as new.
I really thought Chris Helms and this company was outstanding in restoring our chair and is customer service. I highly recommend them for your project!
