I first received a junk mail notice addressed to my 17 year old son from Neptune Society two weeks after he died. Despite jumping through many hoops, sending letters, making calls and doing everything I can, I am still receiving junk mail to him 2 years later. He’s DEAD. STOP SENDING HIM MAIL!

My family and I had a very bad experience with Neptune Society right from the get go… it started with having to fill out our own paperwork on our grandmother, then, got progressively worse when we had an extremely difficult time getting a hold of the rep assigned to us; it took 23 days for this to happen… what’s beyond frustrating is the fact that the link to leave a review doesn’t even work… it’s just typical for what my family experienced… I sincerely hope that no one else has to go through the same difficulties we have had to endure during our grieving process.
