So, I didn’t go in for a cut, but to buy a hair product I had heard of, Johnny B’s. I go in and oh boy, they have it! I ask the dude how much, he tells me, and as I’m about to pull out my wallet… he stops me. «Your hair. Who cut your hair?» he asks. I’m about to tell him about my barber before he interrupts me… «That’s a bad cut. I’ve been cutting hair for 25 years, and I know hair. Your guy, he’s no good. That’s a bad haircut.» Interesting business model. I looked around at the zero customers in this dude’s dusty, deserted shop, and then I looked at the wax sculpture toupee sitting on his head(seriously it looked like someone carved his hair out of soap and covered it in boot polish), and realized I didn’t need to say anything. Took my money and left.

If you like fades this is the place to be. They have the best staff and they are friendly and knowledgeable. I go here all the time and the wait is never too long. Los and Lily are great people, so is the owner. They also have offer hot shaving cream and a straight blade finish. Not sure what their history is, but they have a bright future. I recommend this place.

I waited for a while and was flagged down as I tried to leave(I didn’t have time to wait long). They took me right then after making a scene. Cool, that’s fine. The guy starts cutting my hair quickly, he does a decent job. I asked for my hard part to be cut in and then he butchers my scalp and I was bleeding all over in the way home. Also, it said the cut was $ 17 on the board but he charged $ 18. Overall, I won’t be back.

Been a regular customer for over 4 years. Great barber shop if you can get in. Recently they have been locking their door early. Turning away business. Arrived at this location anywhere from 15 mins to 30 mins before closing and the door is locked. Today makes it the 3rd time. They use to keep the door unlock and open until closing time and if you were waiting they would take care of you. Now it seems if they have someone in the chair 30 mins before closing they lock the door. Who turns away business these days!!!

Nice clean barber shop that looks very professional. Sit down and watch the big screen while you get your hair cut. The problem is, so does the barber. He’s very interested in the movie and keeps checking on the action as he cuts my hair. He’s so involved with the movie he never asks how I would like my hair cut so I volunteer how and he just grunts. No matter what I say, he does it his way, probably the only way he knows how resulting in what appears to be the«bowl» technique. He never asks if I want side burns — swipe, they’re gone. Live and learn. Another lesson for me. I’m convinced, guys just don’t know how to cut hair or they really don’t care to do what they’re doing. Another reviewer likes that«there’s not a wait». Any wonder why?

This is the type of barber shop that every man should bring his children to. Everyone was very nice and I felt welcomed as soon as I walked through the door. These guys are top notch and I highly recommend them to any man out there who is looking for a good barber.

LG’s Barber Shop is the real deal. LG’s used to be Gracida’s on Baseline. It is a classic Barber shop with great prices and the best shave in town.
