Would you believe that this is my first BOBA in Arizona? It is. That is not to say that I have not had any BOBA pearls, because I have had them on my bingsoo. But, I have not had a BOBA drink. Fresco has them, but I can never trade them for a bingsoo. I ordered a piña colada BOBA and SG got a watermelon mango BOBA. They are $ 3.50 + and they charge extra for the pearls. There is no actual fruit in these, all powder. Common for these types of places, but it just says something when there is real fruit. 1st things first. THEBOBA. Bad. They were either too mushy or crunchy. My first one I sucked up through the straw said it all. YUCK. The drink itself was ok, tasty. But the BOBA drink must be rated on the BOBA themselves. This place needs some work. I suspect this place may not survive in this college town with all the ice cream and yogurt competition.
