Devaskation

WOW… Devaskation has seriously raised the bar in customer service. You can get skates from a lot of places… skates are all the same make/​model regardless of where you get them from (unless you shop for used gear on eBay!) BUT, not only does Devaskation PRICE MATCH, they also have some crazy good customer support! Seriously, I went to Devaskation to buy in person… the skates I wanted were on back-​order (SEBA FR1 Deluxe’s) but the manager (Dan) would contact me after the order was placed on full availability info. Dan gave me a discount code and had me place the order online. Got a call within an hour of placing the order — I got an apology for the FR1’s being back ordered for a bit, and was informed FR2’s are immediately available. I got a pair, being as the only difference was the ratcheting buckle system at the top and the liner. Dan took complete care of me, above and beyond. I got the skates, color kit, cones, laces, bags, everything I needed to start learning slalom, at a fantastic price. I got a phone call to let me know the order had shipped, tracking was on point and got here early. I got a follow up call to make sure everything was to my expectations. HELL YEA IT WAS! I went to the shop to personally thank Dan for taking care of me and he gave me a free bag for all the stuff I was toting around. Seriously the best service I’ve ever had. If I could, I’d give them 6 stars!

Ordered some derby wheels online and they got sent the same afternoon. I live in an area without any brick and mortar skate shops, so the information available on their site about wheel specs and reviews was pretty important for my decision.
I also got a free wheel bag with them, and a discount on some bearings. There was a problem with the USPS tracking code but it wasn’t a big deal and my wheels were delivered the next week, and then that evening I got a follow up email from them. Good prices and customer service. I’d shop here again.

Stopped by to get some wheels for my sister’s birthday. Great service and prices. I also got some freebies when I got the wheels. I’d shop here again without hesitation.
