Well, the massage was a ten plus. The experience not a ten. Waited in an empty lobby, did not get the price quoted even though I was assured I would. Then computer not working when I left. Asked for management to make account credo and made appointment. I will follow up on the customer service pice, but the therapist was fabulous.
Second visit evened it all out. Massage ten plus plus. Jerry is a professional. Going back every month !!!

First time coming here. It was AWESOME. Francine is great! Can’t wait for my next appointment. If you need a deep tissue massage, Francine is your girl.

I’m sorry to see such extreme reviews on here because I think that as a return customer my experiences have been rather consistently good. Each time I arranged for an appointment, scheduling was very accommodating to get me in the same day (in a most cases) during the week — the staff arrive on an as needed bases, which I think is a novel and flexible idea.
Most recently, I had a relaxation massage with Hannah, who is very skilled and effective, yet I thought the prices were extremely fair. The ambiance is quite nice inside and yet the outside is humble, which is where I believe prices remain reasonable (the place is located in a medical office complex). If you’re facing the building from the street, you would head to the left of the complex to find their suite.
I plan on returning monthly for medical reasons and find that $$ speaking, this would be a far more fair option than taking pharmaceuticals for instance. I highly recommend this little nugget of wellness located in Tempe, AZ!

I had Hannah for my first visit and it was amazing. My regular MT moved away and I was lost w/​o a good referral. I tried this place by chance and I am glad. She was very thorough and checked in with me periodically to make sure I was ok. I will definitely refer friends and come again. Ask for Hannah!

Mia is the best! Went in with heavy back pain and left feeling much lighter. She was very informative and gave a kick butt deep tissue massage. I like a lot of pressure and that’s definitely what I got. I’ll be booking my next massage with Mia.

More like stress zone. I came here for my 19^th birthday with my girlfriend in October, we got facials and a 1 hr massage. Cost well over 300 dollars. We paid by credit card and they called us 3 hours later telling us it did not go through and threatened to call the cops! They probably thought I was dipping them… I apologized and went back immediately. Turns out they charged my card 2x! I ended up getting my extra they took from me and no apology on their side. It’s a very old building And the blankets are like hospital blankets but older. I will never come back here. Honestly, go to a four seasons hotel and it actually cost less with a steam room and a beautiful built building. I will never ever ever come back here. Horrible experience for my birthday. Plus, now that I think of it they should have given me a special cause it was my birthday the day I went. I would give it zero stars if I could.

Mia is amazing! I was really impressed by her serious expertise and will definitely be back to see her specifically. D-​Stress Zone has never let me down. Although I’m not a regular due to the distance from my home and work, I know I can call them and get a great therapist, aesthetician, whatever. :)

I have been going to the same massage therapist for over a year now. Recently she moved to this spa and I have to say, I am thrilled because it is practically in my backyard! The spa is quiet and calming. And the tables are warmed and padded… makes you want to just drift off into happy land! If you go, ask for Katibelle, for the massage of a lifetime!

Okay, I had a great zone massage here in the past from Wendy (who is here no longer) for my sore shoulders. It helped. I was happy for weeks. Recommended this place to friends. decided this would be my go to neighbourhood massage place.
However, the last time I went in there, I had the worst massage. Ever. It’s hard to rate a full body massage where the therapist runs out of time to massage your legs! Worse, she has an excuse for it. — she focused for way too long on my shoulders. I was beyond shocked. The massage itself was so bad, I was done in the first ten minutes. I like massages, and, like massage offers even more, but, I don’t think it is fair to make therapists with no experience to practice on us only because they are discounted!
The therapist had no interest in the massage, and, for the first time I would have been happier if I left mid-​way than bear the headache this massage gave me before a long week of travel.
I liked the fact that this place is small and unpretentious, but, I am not sure I will ever go back. I would rather pay full price and get a good massage somewhere amongst the hordes of massage spots in the valley.

Ten minutes into a 50 minute massage the therapist advises me that a knot has been found so he needs to do some deep tissue massage – with an additional $ 10 charge to the Summer Special $ 39 massage I had agreed to. I was stunned and didn’t know what to say. Do I spend the next 40 minutes of my massage arguing with this guy or do I worry for the next 40 minutes that I might not have an additional 10 bucks in my purse? NOT a relaxing choice.
This was a different massage therapist than my first visit and I was tight on one side of my back, so I chose to say nothing and to root in my purse for the extra $ 10 when I was done. I had planned a couple of more massages over the summer, but I think I will just skip them, since this is not the kind of surprise my budget can stand.
The 3 stars are because the massage itself was OK, not the best I have ever had, but not the worst either.

Tried another massage, this time with Anya. They have weekday specials, and the Friday special is an extra 15 minutes free with any massage. The deep tissue massage was very good, and included aromatherapy and a heated pad to relax the muscles before Anya started working out knots. Upgrade 1 star!

I’ve been coming here pretty regularly for over 6 months now and I love it. The therapists are all very good and very professional, always making me feel comfortable and relaxed. I would highly recommend this place! My favorite therapists are Sari, Kristina and Rebecca. They’re all awesome! When I had severe neck soreness the deep tissue massages I received really helped a lot and I’ve tried to keep going back regularly because I feel so much better and have less pain and soreness when I go regularly.

This place is great! I love going here to get massages. This place has great hours; open early to late so I can get always get a time in. I’m never had an issue with getting an appointment. I see Wendy and she is amazing. She knows when to put pressure and when to lay off so you never feel any pain or too much pressure. The prices are very reasonable. I do 80 mins for $ 79. That’s one of the best deals in massages I’ve ever seen. I’ve been to places where they charge more for a 60 min. The location is very clean and nicely decorated. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a massage.
They also offer facials, and other typical spa treatments, but I’ve only gotten massages.

Best massages every! Wendy is the best. Very professional and wonderful hands. I have been to many different therapists and she is great. The atmosphere is professional and comfortable. Looking forward to my next massage.
