I have been a landlord since 1989. With respect to my properties in the Phoenix area, we had been through several management companies and were never satiated (hence the several management companies). We hired Crest Premier Properties in September of 2010, and have been very satisfied with their service. They provide timely communication and response to our tenants as well as us. The go the extra mile, and are very ethical. I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone looking for a property management company.

Great property managers. I have dealt with so many other management companies during my years of renting and these folks are so much more organized.
They take care of any issues, made moving a breeze and are always available when I have needed them.
I’ve recommended friends I know who have needed units to rent and some of my friends that needed their business properties managed. Never have heard any complaints. Phoenix needs more managers like these folks.
