Concentra Medical Centers Cmc Tempe

I just got home from concentra tempe and i cannot wait to write a review. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! Last time (monday, jan. 11) i waited 1.5hrs in the room to see the doctor for recheck and today jan. 18 for release order another 1.5hrs waiting inside the room and when the doc came he only said ok you are good to go, that’s it!!! and the staff are not so friendly, esp that lady that sits inside I ask her if maybe she can tell the doc i’ve been here for more than an hour, she looks at me like i’m a terrorist, no kidding, horrible. People in physical therapy are awesome but not in the clinic. I got injured at work and this is the where they want me to go so please dont go there if you have a choice.

Do not go to this facility. The staff does shady things when you pay, and please don’t pay in cash. Receipts are shady. Follow up on issues at this place is suspect. Where is the zero star?

I was drug tested at this location for work some years back. It was bare-​bones, industrial; plain and purposeful. Not an inviting place. I’m here for a physical related to another job.
A new Planet Concentra. Pleasant waiting, helpful staff, TV, water and coffee. Make your approach so you turn right into this location. Traffic on Southern can be brutal.
The staff, particularly Daniel A. were excellent. Professional, knowledgeable, versatile, capable.
I won’t be an astronaut or Navy SEAL in 2015, but Concentra will have done a good job on my fundamentals.

I was in a lot of pain from an infected & swollen cut on my finger and couldn’t get in to see my regular primary care doctor. So we went to Concentra on Southern in Tempe because it’s very close to our house and we had been there before.
Dr. Bardwelle was very nice and made me feel well taken care of. From the people at the front desk to the assistants/​nurses in the back, everyone was very helpful and caring.
They had coffee to warm you, and bottles of water to help keep you hydrated and make your visit more pleasant. They also had 2 TVs running so you wouldn’t get bored. This clinic is very clean, and appears well organized. (It’s difficult to be too observant when you are in pain and focused on yourself.
It can be a long wait, but it’s a walk-​in clinic. Just go early and bring something to read.
I’ve had to wait for primary care doctors a long time even when I have an appointment. It’s better than having to wait in the emergency room at a hospital.
Other than them only being open from 8 – 5 M-​F, I was very happy with my visit.
I would recommend this center to a friend.

Great, very friendly doctors that I really loved working with. It took quite awhile to actually get in to see a doctor, and I waited awhile after going back to my room. Overall, was there for 3 hours but got very good, extensive care.
