Honestly this is probably the best chipotle in town. The staff is amazing and always welcome customers when you walk in. The cashier by the name of Mikayla who was helping me out throughout the entire time was so helpful and sweet. She recommended some of her favorite and what would be good for my diet. Thank you Mikayla 10⁄10

Best chipotle in the East Valley! They are always super nice! Give great portion amounts, and the ingredients taste great! I love their barbacoa– either on tacos or in their burrito bowls. When I order pick-​up more times than not they have given me a drink while I wait.
Lines can be long, but they always move as quickly as possible. Can’t go wrong here!

What is going on with this location? ??
The steak is always dry and overcooked now and the chicken greasy as an oil slick.
You would think amidst trying to lure customers back, quality would go up, not down.
I don’t feel confident vouching for chipotle lately.

I used to eat at this location several times per week. Recently, they have had a change in staff and management. Since then the food quality and taste has gone down dramatically. They also started serving dramatically smaller portions. My last two visits to this location have been awful. The one on mill is much better !! This location has gone down hill

I frequented this Chipotle location a lot in the past because I lived close to it. Customer service was always great and things ran very smoothly there. The taste is always fresh like every other Chipotle I’ve been to. I think Chipotle should offer a medium sauce that’s not as chunky as their pico, but not as hot as their hot sauce.

Thank you for working with my gluten allergie without making it feel like I was a pain in the toosh. The server was awesome. Usually I have to ask to change glaves and explain cross contamination. This server as soon as I told her she asked me what ingredients I wanted so she could change utensils and changed her gloves. I realize I was still taking a chance with cross contamination, but their attentiveness was greatly appreciated.

Tonight, I went to Chipotle in Tempe (Off Rural and Baseline) my 5 star EXCELLENT review was inspired not by how I was treated, but by how I saw the customer before me be treated.
The employee Iren, attended to the customers every need. The customer ordered for a huge group and had specifics about food allergies as well as other instruction. Iren consistently displayed compassion and patience for every single request. If I owned a company or was the employee in charge of talent acquisition I would approach him immediately Traits I saw him possess are not taught, and are hard to come by. I hope Iren is appreciated in his position. For he could without doubt progress.

Incredible food incredible service.
I wanted to go to chipotle was about 10 AM in the morning unfortunately to my dismay they don’t open till 11 AM since I was already here and was hungry needed to be anyway I the food that I have in the car. One of the employees saw this and 40 minutes before they open offered to run inside and make me a burrito. I told him because I was already eating that was okay, but what services that. You never see that in any retail stores ever especially corporate own big guys. I was expecting them to open at 11 and not take any orders or business until 11 and this guy saw a customer need and jumped.

I’ve eaten here many times and normally the food and service is fine but today they were off. They could not make an order right to save their life and the guacamole was gross and not worth the money.
I cannot eat gluten and I told the first person in line that I needed corn tortillas because of that and she clearly didn’t listen because half way through the meal I realized I was eating flour. So now I’m going to suffer physically for that. My friend got a bunch of corn salsa poured on her order and they looked at her like it was a huge inconvenience to correct their mistake. The guacamole was too citrus tasting and the texture was off.
I hope this isn’t a sign of things to come for this location.

There always seems to be a line here, but it moves fairly quickly. They are definitely not afraid to pile on the toppings for you, and will gladly let you add additional salsa (I personally like to add pico de gallo and corn to mine), or fajita veggies. The barbacoa burrito I ordered was a behemoth of a meal, approximately the size of 3 regular looking burritos due to amount of fillings they put in. I’m surprised they could actually wrap the burrito from end to end because it was so large!
Fountain sodas are Coke-​based, and there is ample seating.

This is by far my favorite location. Not just because it’s only a mile from where I live, but the cashiers always put the coins in my hand first and then the bills/​receipt on top when they’re giving my change back.
These people are doing God’s work.

Very busy during lunch and dinner rushes, with lines that stretch out the door.
I’ve been to Chipotles where the servings are nice and ample, where the servers frequently pile on two scoops of tender meat into a burrito stuffed with calorically-​dense goodness. This is not one of those Chipotles. I expect that the hiring process includes harvesting new employee souls and grinding into their tortilla mix. The employees here have never smiled.

Love … Love … Love Chipotle!
This location is always consistent and have never messed up an order, even a phone in. The food is fresh, flavorful, and reasonably priced for the portions you get. You definitely want to come hungry! I always say, «I’ll take some home.» It never happens!
My only negative has to do with parking. If you come at lunch or dinner the parking can be a bit of a pain, but I can’t blame Chipotle for that one! That just means it’s good food :-)
One of the staff members was great the other day… I didn’t catch his name but he came around and asked us how the food was. Once he saw me eating the Guac he stopped back by to ask me if I had any pointers to make it better? Good guy and cares about the product he puts out for the customers.
I’ll definitely be back!

Huge line today but they got us through very quickly. They had four guys helping to build your burrito. I love the fresh ingredients. Brown rice and chicken is the best but I’ve had the pork and steak and that’s pretty good. Just love the chicken cause the spices and the grilling. Always perfect.
To top it off the servers were very friendly and smiling with a very clean environment. The only downfall of this Chipotle is the parking. Seems like the parking lot is always full.
Love Chipotle. Burrito madness love it.

This Tempe Chipotle gets kudos for a fast and efficient staff. There were 15 people in line at 11:20am and they managed to get all of us through the line in under 10 minutes.
The décor is stark industrial. The place seems clean. Parking at lunch time is horrible.
The portion size is huge (I could only eat about ½ of my chicken burrito). The cost was $ 6.83 with tax. You have an opportunity to choose white or brown rice, whether you want dairy products on your food, type of salsa, or whether you want lettuce in the mix.
This a 3 star «A-​OK» fast food version of Tex-​Mex.
