Worst apartments ever!!! Unprofessional and dirty!!! Apartments aren’t cleaned in-between residents. When I first moved in my apartment smelt like pee and I had to have it cleaned which the apartments don’t do for you. Overall a terrible living experience to the point that I moved out two months early! Don’t make the mistake of living here biggest regret of my time at ASU.

Alright so starting out here as The Domain and now Boulevard 1900(we are now under new management but I still think the reviews from The Domain are worth a read) I loved it when I started here however move in day was terrible because there really wasn’t much help, I was lucky I have a family of 4 to help but I recommend you bring a big bin from home depot because they only had a couple others were using. I was lucky to be on the 3rd floor because the elevator was constantly full so my family took the stairs. NOW the thing that I DONOT like is that maintenance can enter your apartment whenever and without any warning. My roommate this morning at 9am was woken up by a very loud Spanish speaking lady who was cleaning a room next to her(our former roomie moved out) I called the office and said«listen this is frightening and all around not very polite is there anyway you can call us to warn us when this will happen so we don’t think it is an intruder?» I was told that a loud knock is our warning and The next two mornings this was going to happen but there isn’t a way to call us in advanced because she doesn’t know when they will do that.(Odd they don’t have a schedule for these things) That wasn’t the first time either, sometimes we will be given 48 hour inspection notices and when my inspector knocked extremely loud I was buttoning my shirt as I walked to the door and before I got to it he just opened up the door with his own key. So think about all of this before moving in! I love the price, the 24 hour gym, the study rooms and my room personally but I also thought this would be «my place» and I would have some privacy in my own apartment. I won’t be living here next semester, I want to pay for something that is actually mine and not somewhere I am babysat. I am capable of cleaning, answering doors, and following rules without breaking household items. I know some students ruin this for the rest of us but all if these procedural check ins need more order and to be professionally conducted.

I’ve been living here for about 6 months now. Most of the staff is really nice… they say hi whenever I walk in the office and even in the elevator when they’re not working, they’ll strike up conversation with me which is cool. The pool is nice when it’s hot but I haven’t really used it much lately. The gym is decent… everything you would need. I never really use the«clubhouse» except for the printer in the computer center. Our actual apartment is a decent size… this is my first apartment away from home so honestly anything is good to me. Also having my own bathroom is great, as well as storage space in the apartment. A security guard team is here(I think every night) to monitor and keep any BS from happening — people can get pretty rowdy on the weekends and it can get loud. Luckily, for the most part, they make sure things are taken care of… I’ve never had any problem with them. Some of my main cons to this place have to do with managing the complex and how they go about procedures. About every 3 – 4 months they do «maintenance checks”/“inspections». Everyone is given a flyer outside their door and told it could be in 48 hours or any time in the next few weeks. This is not a problem — we have nothing to hide — but I have a problem with people being in my apartment when I or one of my roommates is not there and we don’t have a choice. I don’t even know what they’re doing when the inspections happen because the last couple times, I haven’t been home or I’ve been sleeping. It just feels weird to me… I think of myself as a responsible, capable adult therefore if I need my apartment looked at, I’ll ask. When they do these checks they start semi-early in the morning… usually banging really loud on doors and saying«Maintenance!» It’s just really unprofessional and weird to me. I would have no problem being told that there’s a certain day that there will be someone entering the apartment and I can choose to be present or not. But I just find the whole procedure in general odd and uncomfortable. Waking up to hearing men’s voices in my apartment that I don’t recognize… it’s creepy. If you’re looking for complete, «grown up adult» privacy, this place is not great. It is a «student apartment» but I didn’t think that meant my home life would be monitored and checked up on regularly. It’s just a bit disappointing and I feel a little bit like a child. Not renewing for a second year.

Where do I even begin? Pro: The amenities are the only positive things about Blvd 1900. Cons: The wifi is atrocious! You can complain to them about the wifi and then they will tell you to connect to pavlov media. I have a router and I still cannot connect to the internet. What’s the point of paying for internet if you can’t connect to it ever. Makes no sense. The roommate matching is detestable. I did two room transfers. My first roommates partied to much. One of my roommates was also distributing drugs out of our apartment. She also ran to management with a fabricated story about me. The funny part about it is that management was quick to follow up with that but not with other things that go against the so called policy, like drugs. They felt like they were doing me a favor by upgraded me to a master room. Blvd 1900 you did me no favors! It’s simple. Do not have have policies if you are not going to abide by them. Save your money and do not live here. They really could care less about you and your safety.

I wanted to send feedback for anyone who is used to paying with e-checks online for rent. There is now a $ 14.50 monthly«convenience fee» assessed every month UNLESS you switch to an auto-debit from your bank account. Wow. So user friendly. This is a switch from prior policy and when I called about it, I was told there is no way around this fee. But management assured me there is no fee for PAYINGINPERSON. WOW! Awesome service.

This is the new name for The Domain at Tempe. DONOTLIVEHEREWHATEVERYOUDO!!! First let me start by saying that this is the worst apartment complex in Tempe. The halls are dirty the gates are never locked and the elevator hardly ever works. When I first moved in I put down I was highly allergic to cats and yet they move me in a room with three cats and then try to make me pay the re rooming fee. The staff is unhelpful and just straight up rude. The security is a joke and doesn’t actually help with anything. I was attacked by my crazy Roomate and couldn’t go in my apartment and security never showed up I sat outside for 2 hours waiting worried for my safety before finally getting the police involved. There are always homeless people in the trash dumpsters and parking garage I’ve even seen a few in the halls and corridor because the gates are never locked. Whatever you do do not move here. Even though they have sold the property the management is staying in place therefore it will not improve. They would be smart to start over and get a better reputation.

Great place to live, currently came under new management. The staff in the leasing office are great. Nice gym, pools, clubhouse and rooftop lounge with grills on rooftop and at the pool. Covered parking is great for Tempe heat. Lost cost great for students with ASU3 stops on the light rail away
