Didn’t even make it past the phone call. Rude and discourteous. Don’t waste your time.

A little out of the way, but very friendly. Great service, and have every type of key you could possibly need. Way better than going to Ace or any other hardware store to get it done. Was looking for a specific key that is not uncommon at all, and these guys were the only ones I could find that actually had it.

I was first greeted by two poorly trained and highly annoying barking dogs. Next, I was greeted by an unapologetic, unfriendly woman who told me that they«don’t cut other people’s key blanks». They would happily charge me $ 30 for a new one(my blank cost $ 7). I will take my business to someone who actually wants it. This was hands down the worst business I have visited in 2015.

Fast, courteous, and resonably priced. They changed the 5 locks on my new house in about 20 min.

Needed a key for my Honda SH150i Scooter and looked all over town. Finally found this place. Like the other guy said, they refused to use my blanks. But they had the blanks and cut me two perfect keys in about 2 minutes, which work perfectly. I’ve never seen so many key blanks in one place before.(None of the Honda dealers had these blanks.) Chances are good that they have yours.

I have used them over the years, and they moved to this location a few years back. and generally they were prompt and efficient, if a bit expensive. Been a while since i needed anything locksmithy… So…I went over to have a key made. Not just ANY key, one for my motorcycle. Because few locations even stock the specific type and the dealers charge about $ 70 bucks for a new one, I had ordered and OEM key blank directly from the manufacturer-at about $ 15. I was willing to pay up to another $ 10 just to get it cut. Explaining this to the women at Bill’s created an interesting situation – they refused to cut my key claiming that it could damage their cutter($ 300 wheel) because they didn’t know what the key blank was made from. I asked if they had a duplicate they could use – no, they didn’t. I asked if they were to order a dupilcate, whare would they get it?(Expected answer– OEM – like I had in my hand…)No response, just reiteration of «it’s a $ 300 cutter» . PO’d, I left. Went to the local ACE hardware. Gave same story… and they cut the key. For FREE. Works perfectly. Guess who just got a whole bunch of customer service stars! NOTBILL’S!
