This was my second time seeing Dr. Doulas Smith. My first appt as with the other reviews for this office did require things that were not covered under insurance… Which happened to be around $ 220 I was a bit surprised as he said I had a simple ear infection and was told that I just needed antibiotic’s, however he was very pleasant and addressed all my concerns in my appt.

When we went to see Dr. Bartell, we thought he was a good physician. However, after the service, we were really regretted to see him. He didn’t tell his patient that everything he used will be a charge to his patient. However, he couldn’t do his job with using endoscopy, which he charged his patient $ 257. When we went to visit another ENT doctor, that doctor didn’t use endoscopy procedure and could do better diagnosis than Dr. Bartell. The worst part about Dr. Bartell’s diagnosis, with the high technology, iis his diagnosis was wrong and not even close to what has happened to the patient. We will never recommend this Dr. to anyone. Also, his office manager is not helping and very rude. She kept saying that we patients don’t know about their business and that the Doctor has the right to do whatever they want without telling his patients ahead of time about the charges. She said because Doctors don’t know anything about charges. She also said the Doctor is right when he charged his patient around $ 300 for 15 minutes visit. They shall work well with each other.
