Artisan Granite and Tile

Used this place through Ikea for our granite… The installers did a great job. They came early and were friendly.
As far as the scheduling person. She was terrible. Very hard to get a hold of and it took 4 days to get a phone call back! Once we were able to schedule the installation we found a day that worked for us… Once the day came we had set it turns out the scheduler didn’t do it on the right day. She was not apologetic one bit and acted like we were at fault. After it being the 3^rd time rearranging our schedules we were pretty upset.
Luckily the installers did a good job or else we would have gave them more of an ear full. We called to speak to a manager but still haven’t heard back… Again they are lucky the installers did a good job.
