Amazing company that takes pride in the hiring process. They partner with good companies in the valley and work very hard to take care of their clients and employees. Just remember, they are paid by their clients to hire employees and are an extension of their clients HR teams. If you display a strong work ethic and have great follow up, odds are they will be able to place you somewhere great.

one of the worst recruiting agencies I’ve «worked» with. several recruiters stated they’d call me back in an hour or so when their meeting was over. it’s been 3 weeks. must be a long meeting. advice: go anywhere else besides here!

I went in with a varied, decent resume, and a college degree and was made to feel like a schmuck by a group of snotty, dismissive 25 year olds. I have experience in sales, customer service, online universities, non-​profits and mortgage lending and the recruiter was short with me, condescending, and rushed me out of his door within 10 minutes. Since leaving, I have received 8 calls in two weeks from reputable companies for full-​time jobs with benefits starting at $ 14/​hour. The folks at Aerotek claimed they had nothing for me.

I tried working with them once before now and same thing every time. They stop communicating. Won’t return calls or emails. Obviously not interested in making money off my labor. The first time I ended up going direct hire with the company they claimed were trying to help me get in to. Think I’ll go that route again. Save your energy and go to another agency if you’re eager to work with a staffing company. They lack professionalism.

This place has burned me for hours owed to me for WEEKS at a time more than once and this last time its been two months what a joke! My recruiter was very nice but everyone else acts like they don’t want to have anything to do with you my emails went unanswered for two weeks about my missing wages. I sent the same email to at least 5 different people and nobody bothered to reply wtf! What kind of business are they running. Always had a problem with logging hours into their system, even after I reported the hours to them they still didn’t pay me for hours worked. Celena Chaves was my recruiter and the only reason I continued working for them! This company is the bottom of the barrel. If you want to work for free this is the place to be!
