Been here a few times and service has always been excellent! They do fast and quick service while you wait. This time I had to have the battery of my Tag changed and they have a lifetime battery replacement for only $ 89.99. What a great deal. The establishment is clean and very professional service as well. I highly recommend this place for any watch repair and service.

Dropped a watch off for a simple battery change in a high quality watch that always worked. Came back 30 min later and the watch ran for 20 min after she replaced the battery. Charged my card and looked at watch which was not running now for 5 minutes. Asked for a different new battery and she refused to sell me another new one even when I said I’d purchase another one and also refused to give me my old battery back. She handed me someone else’s dead battery. She claimed after 30 minutes she no longer had my battery.
Her attitude was terrible and wanted me to leave after charging my card and refusing to sell me a new battery or replace my old one.
Indian woman was at the cashier. Total ripoff.
DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT

Just finished picking up 5 watches that I have been needing to get repaired for sometime. I love my watches but haven’t had a reliable repair place since I moved to Temecula. Dat (the amazing watch repair guy) was extremely helpful and knew exactly what to do for each watch. I had 4 batteries replaced, one pin replaced and they made everything worked. I will definitely come back for all my watch repair needs. They also have a huge selection of watches available.

A wonderful place to buy a watch, replace batteries or buy a zippo lighter. The customer service is outstanding and they will take their time explaining everything. I usually come here to replace my battery in my watches. You can get a 1yr. battery, a 3yr. battery or pay 40 bucks and get unlimited batteries. The store is nice, clean and bright plus they have a couple of chairs to sit on while you wait for them to service your watch. Some of the brands they carry are Nixon, Kenneth Cole New York and G-​Shock of course. They have a pretty big selection of G-​Shock with tons of colors. This is the only I will visit when I need watch repair or a new watch.

Watch Solutions provided great immediate service in quickly replacing my watch battery today. I appreciated the quick help and fair price. It looks like they have a great selection of standard and luxury watches too. I definitely recommend Watch Solutions for any new or old watch needs.
Update: I went back here a month later for another watch and again appreciated the great quick service. They were kind enough to do a free battery test for my other watch before considering replacement, so I definitely appreciated the extra consideration before they laid out my replacement options. Went here the other day to get my wife’s birthday present sized.
We were referred by Ben Bridge (apparently they don’t like working on Tag Heuer), so we walked the extra 30 steps in the mall and found Watch Solutions.
Our sales associate took 15 mins to size it… we came back and it was still a little too big. Her wrist is right in between link sizes, so she re-​sized it for us while we waited.
Total process took about 20 mins and was $ 30.
I would absolutely recommend Watch Solutions to anyone looking for a quick in and out sizing.

We went in and my boyfriend bought a beautiful citizen watch from Miriam. We looked at watches for women and decided to wait
After walking around and discussing how bad my bf wanted to buy me something we returned and. bought an amazing Michael kors watch for me and had my tag watch polished and when I returned I didn’t recognize my 11 year old watch.
Miriam educated me on my watch that I was about to sell for wat less than it was worth.
