Be prepared for a series of broken promises and unwillingness to complete the work once you have made your final payment. We have been waiting for a year for Gilberto to make promised repairs due to poor workmanship, poor quality materials and replacement of dead plants as promised. We were very happy at first with the workmanship until we started to have one problem after another after the completion of our project.
Be prepared for excuses, misrepresentations and unwillingness to respond to e-​mails, texts and voice mails.
Gilberto is a poor manager and he often speaks with «forked tongue.» I am very sorry that I used him and I am especially sorry that I tried to help him gain several new clients. He embarrassed me by not living up to his commitments to my friends and neighbors after I recommended him during our project.
